    The warm and friendly welcome, fresh cooked produce for breakfast with lots of choice. Our room was very comfortable and the surroundings were peaceful and relaxing.     We loved the stay at this hotel. It is located in a beautiful location. The restaurant had views of the bay/seafront. Our room was located on Belgrave rd, so we had wonderful views of the gardens in Abbey Park. The breakfast was wonderful and very comprehensive! My 4 yr old son wanted to buy the hotel (we were in Torquay viewing properties). - Ha... what people say » ving stopped at the same location the previous year for my 40th a time they surpassed themselves then; we were surprised and impressed that staff remembered us and that we were there for a special occasion. Very professional, friendly and thoughtful, highly recommend.

    Clean, traditional, family run Hotel, pleasant friendly staff, very clean average size rooms traditionally furnished, good value for money would stay again - cant fault this place one bit, it was pure luxury, and the place is beautiful, will be going back again and again.

    There were excellent facilities at the hotel (swimming pool, games area etc) and plenty to keep our children occupied. The rooms were very clean and well serviced and the hotel is in a great location, near to Torquay town and beach, but in a quiet area. - The friendliness of all the staff was consistent.     I booked a one week stay, B&B in a single room hoping for a relaxing holiday after a busy few months at work. On arrival check in was easy and very friendly. Then came the part I had dreaded. (As a single traveller, on occasions rooms elsewhere have been little more than a broom cupboard with a view of the bins...!).     A very nice hotel, with friendly and very helpful staff. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.     I liked the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym. My wife was also impressed with the spa treatments. The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the fact that we could book an apartment at the hotel, so we could prepare our own meals.
