Everything about the hotel was fine. The location perfect,the room was lovely- a twin deluxe sea view. The balconies are really large and the views are wonderful. All in all I could not fault this hotel,and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly which is not always the case these days. Me and the person i shared room with had the biggest room. It was clean, tidy and we had a outside area where we could go to one of our friends rooms. When we arrived they said that the rooms where not ready but we were fine by that, the lady said to go look around, we did and thought it was really nice with looks of nice things that made it look posh. :P You could easily get lost in this place.. we stayed for £55 a ro - William all reviews - bishops court resort

Our stay was excellent, room was a larger one with lovely decor. Very clean. Staff were all really friendly, helpfull and polite. Food was great. We used the outdoor pool even though the weather was not brilliant, it was really warm, could have stayed in there all day! We felt that although parts of the hotel are in need of decoration, renovation, the hotel is definitely improving. Will definite - Yasene all reviews - grosvenor hotel
