London Hotels

After four trips to London and the Tudor Court, I can honestly say that even if I won the lottery, I would not stay anywhere else. Mr. and Mrs. Gupta are warm and welcoming hosts and their staff is exceptional. The breakfasts are great and the location is perfect, close to Paddington Station, the tube and Heathrow Express. Norfolk Square across the street is a beautiful green space in the middle of a lively neighborhood...a walk in Hyde Park only a few blocks away. I will always look forward to - Ann

I stayed here for nine nights on first arriving in England and with it being so close to Paddington Station and a number of different small cafes and restaurants it was excellently positioned and well priced for one person. The room was small and the bathroom tiny but given that all I was doing there was sleeping it wasn't a problem. It may have been a bit more squishy with two people, but for one it was fine. The included breakfast was decent and good enough to get me going every morning. The s - Cliff

We stayed at The Edward Lear Hotel in early July 2009. The hotel was always clean and tidy and all the staff were friendly and courteous. A wholesome and substantial cooked English breakfast was provided every morning and it was always delicious! This is an affordable no-frills hotel in an excellent central London location (3 minutes Oxford Street/ Marble Arch!) and we would not hesitate to highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. I was searching for a hotel that was well placed for business and lesiure as I was travelleing with my partner. I find it impossible to find a hotel on LetsBookHotel that has great reviews all the way and is still inexpensive. But, the Rembrandt is different. True, the rooms are not enormous, but that is the case with London hotels. I had room 474 at the back and it was very quiet - if noise bothers you, make sure you ask for the rear/central facing rooms. The bathroom was new and in excellent c - Mohamed

What a wonderful surprise this hotel was! Yes, it is small, but like a little jewel box. From the fresh flowers in the lobby and gleaming brass and glass elevator, to the small but very cozy, flower-and-striped-wallpaper bedroom and gleaming bath with a wonderful shower, to the plentiful and wide-ranging offerings in the comfortable and attractive breakfast room, we were quite satisfied. This is my new benchmark for affordable hotels. I love it! If you're tired of the typical London horsebox hotels then give it a try. It's one of the most refreshing hotels I've stayed in. It's bright, modern, spacious and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Car parking is very cheap for London at £8 a day. The location might not be to everyone's liking but it's a 3 minute walk from a tube station that will get you into central London in under 30 minutes. If you're a movie or TV b - Dawn

this hotel was a value considering the location. Had easy walk to Hyde Park and Paddington station. We stayed in a quad room and the bathroom seemed to be taken from a cruise ship. You needed to step up into the bathroom which may cause a barrier for some. The water temp was okay, we had no problems. Our room faced the street and since there was no AC we needed to leave the screen less window open all nite and the traffic only stopped for about an hour..3 to 4 am. The steps were the low point.
