Hotels near Gatwick Airport

The staff were excellent at the hotel. After being very confused and taken to the other Premier Inn where the staff did not have a clue how we could get to the other hotel as they said they did not have a shuttle the staff att he hotel I had booked difused the situation and granted us free shuttle service for the next day. I would stay there again without hesitation. - William

As I wasn't able to travel due to flight cancellations before Christmas I had to cancel my hotel booking. The receptionist was very courteous and informed me that I wouldn't be charged. It was welcoming to see that the Ibis is sensible about hotel booking cancellations. - Narelle

The welcome on arrival and being shown how to check in. Everyone was very polite nothing to much trouble. Travelling alone can be quite unsettling but everyone put me ease. Everyone was so helpful from bar staff to restaurant staff. The food was was lovely. - Marion

As always, we enjoyed the proximity to Gatwick, the quality of service and the ambience. I would also mark out the honesty and helpfulness of the housekeeping staff, who looked after a gold ring I left behind inadvertently at the hotel at the end of my stay. - Katherine

The atmosphere was really friendly and the staff made you feel very welcome. The food was very good and the service was first class. The only point was that our room was quite a distance from the front door and as my husband was a smoker, he had quite a long way to go for a smoke. I would most certainly use this hotel when travelling again. - Catherine

hotel spotless, rooms had more than everything you needed, food delicious and plentiful, staff very helpful, price very cheap for what you got. overall a very nice hotel and highly recommended for staying in very close proximity to Gatwick Airport/Railway - helen

Excellent value for money, and perfectly located for travel from Gatwick. The owner is a delightful lady, and the breakfasts are just incredible. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and I can't recommend this guesthouse highly enough - it puts most hotels to shame. - John

Very close to the airport and so convenient - walking distance. I felt safe landing alone very late at night and saved on taxi/mini bus expenses. Breakfast in bed early in the morning on day of departure at no further expense. Fabulous cooked breakfast. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. - Anonymous

This was the best hotek we have visited in tis country. Reception prompt, and very helpful, the room was clean, very comfortable and well equipped and the hotel had excellent facilities. We will definitely vist again. - Michael
