Manchester Hotels

Me and my boyfriend went down to Manchester for the night and stayed in this hotel, was a gorgeous hotel, the room was beautiful, we got a deluxe king size room, the bed was very comfy, and you get bathrobes in the room also. We went down to the pool, and this was very nice with lovely lighting, there is a pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and there is also a gym, and a relaxation room where you can sit and have orange juice in peace. We have stayed in a 2 bedroom apt here before and thought it was very convenient for the shops and night life. We were upgraded to a deluxe apt this time so had loads of space for 4 of us. We were on the 6th floor, so were right up in the loft space so the wall arrangements seperating bedrooms from living area were a bit strange, with part of our bedroom having no ceiling, so could hear everything that was said in the living room and vice versa! My Husband and I booked two nights at this hotel for a weekend break. The hotel block is seperate from the reception and resturant area and based on a small retail park. Upon arrival, check-in was easy and straight forward. We were given room 305 which over looked the canal. Rooms are basic but clean and spacious, bathroom was also a good size. We particularly liked the shower and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We encourntered no noise from other guests. The TV had a good choice of c - Keith

the hotel is very central and you can walk to all the touristy sights. breakfast was included and was very tasty and the buffet was open late on sunday till 12, which is great if you were out late on saturday night :) staff very accomodating and polite. there is secondary glazing in the rooms so you dont really hear any street noises. bed linen was spotless and plenty of towels too. - aidan

Stayed here for one night. Before arriving i thought the hotel may have been a boi worn and dated i couln't have been more wrong. The hotel is very clean with a large spacious reception and friendly staff. Our room was on the 4th floor and was large, comfortable and clean. The hotel is within easy walking distance of all amenities in the city centre. I would definatly stay here in the future and can recommend the hotel to others. - Sharon

The attitude & manner of all the staff I had contact with was first class. Initially I was given a smoking room, so I returned to reception to comment (not complain) & the member of staff immediately allocated me another room on a different floor. This happened to be an upgrade as well, so I was even more impressed. All the facilities I used were at or beyond my expectations. I shall use the hotel again & I shall recommend this hotel aswell. - Stewart

The apartments location is the best in Manchester you are right across the street from The Printworks which has bars & restaurants,night clubs,cinema and a gym. You do receive discounts off your restaurant bill in most of the places with in the Printworks also free entry and half price offers in some bars & clubs (Brirdcage & Tiger Tiger). Also the Arndale shopping centre is at the bottom of the street 1min walk away which is brilliant. They do not have onsite parking which is not a - Robert

Great Hotel for Value, stayed a few times and always had a good service clean and comfortable room, I have read a few of the past reviews which I think are unfair, if you are paying £200 a night then you can complain about no air con, no knowledgeable staff, no bath etc etc, but you are in a budjet hotel, that offers a FREE breakfast, so dont expect a full english with all the extras ! and all the other things that come with 5 star hotels - you get what you pau for , and me I have paid a cheap r - Kasra

When we arrived at the hotel for some reason we had 2 double beds, but Saad (the hotel concierge) upgraded us to a one queen size bed. The room was very clean, and the beds were comfy a hell, so comfy that It reminded me of my bed back at home. The hotel food was not so great. A bit pricey and quality not so grand. Luckily there are a few restaurants around so eating whenever we liked was not an issue. As for the location, it’s about a 10 min walk from Old Tratford. This was good for us s - David

Wanted to stay at another hotel but due to the tory conference we ended up staying here last minute - brilliant. Located over the road from the MEN arena, about 15 minute walk to piccadilly - but still located near shops, bars, cinema etc etc. The hotel is new and lovely and the prices for drinks and food within are really good. BRight light arity and modern - rooms are stylish and clean and the beds are amazing. - Siti

Stayed here last Saturday night, and received very friendly service, as well as vouchers for free drinks at the bar (which served Real Ale, though that wasn't on the offer). Very convenient location in a safe area of the city, handy for restaurants and bars and wotnot. Breakfast was served until 11, and was fresh until then - we arrived just after 10 and they were still bringing out fresh food for the hot buffet. hotel that we could see on each floor, and great artwork in the room. The entrance to this hotel and the foyer areas are absolutely gorgeous and have total WOW factor! if you want to impress the person you are with this is the place! My room was also pretty amazing with floor to celing windows and stained glass. I didnt eat in the hotel but I would imagine from the look of the restaurant and bar area the food would be great! Not cheap though as in any big luxury hotel so take your credit card if you are planning a night propping up the bar! Only downside is that p - David

Booked the hotel as it's convevient to where my son is going to Uni and also only a short bus ride into Manchester. Very pleased with the room, the cleanliness and the staff. The breakfast was the best I've had for a long time. Would definitely recommend it and we will definitely be back. - Martin
