We stayed overnight on friday to see a show (chitty chitty bang bang) at the Liverpool Empire. We were pleasantly surprised by the standard of the hotel and how quiet it was especially located in the middle of this busy city. The staff were amazing , the girls on reception, John the concierge and the dining room staff couldn't be friendlier. The bed with its beautiful pillows kept us comfortable all night. Altogether a great experience. AND the theatre is only a very short stroll away.We will de - Patricia

I stayed just one night in a two bedroom apartment and can not fault the apartment or the staff. Bridgestreet@ONE is situated in the new LIVERPOOL ONE shopping complex and is in a visually exciting newly built block. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and stylishly furnished in neutral tones with wooded floor in the open plan living/dining/kitchen. All of the equipment is new and includes, as well as the standard kitchen equipment a washing/drying machine and dishwasher, the appropriat - James

We were delighted with the Adelphi. Although the decor was not completely up-to-the-minute, the room was spacious and comfortable and clean and has obviously been repainted quite recently. There are extensive public areas for wifi etc and the staff were extremely friendly, especially when we accidentally spilled a big jug of milk on our table. Can't fault it for what I want and will return. - Barbara

The hotel was great, me and my colleagues had a business trip to Liverpool and decided the Devonshire House Hotel, on arrival check in was speedy and we were allocated double for sole bedrooms, apparently they have had a light refurb on the bedrooms, i could tell the rooms were spotless, bathrooms were excellent lovely tiled floors. The gardens at the hotel are just amazing, we got a drink at the bar and sat on the benches in the garden, you would not no you were on one of the busiest roads in - Elsie

stayed one night went to see nolans on echo arena room was very clean and decor excellent was a bit weary after reading reviews no need to panic staff excellent and breakfast brill even bucks fizz with breakfast on sunday morning cannot fault it well done the feathers - Lisa

Stayed here October 26th for 2 nights...Great room on 4th 'deck' ...Only ate there for lunch but food was good.....Really good value for money hotel......Central to all Liverpool and easy to get to and from airport on bus £2.60 each way ...Can't wait to go back .... We have stayed here twice during the past few weeks, I would highly recommend it to anyone. The reception staff were most welcoming and helpful, the rooms are spotless and luxurious. Breakfast was excellent. Obviously an extremely well managed hotel with its customers a priority. - John
