    The hotel was full of character and well thought out. The staff were unbelievably helpful and nothing was too much trouble... they even dried our swimmers for us on our last day!     Perfect - breakfast is wonderful; you can't get breakfast like this for under 12pound in the town. The rooms are beautifully furnished and our bed was the most comfortable we have slept in by far. We had a view of the park across the road and it was good to keep the window open all night for fresh air.     The hotel was lovely. The setting was beautiful, the rooms were spacious, attractive and very clean. The whole setting had a wonderful atmosphere. The food and drinks were excellent, and the staff could not have done more to make us comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious, extremely comfortable with all the touches you'd - The hotel is situated right in the middle of one of the most iconic Georgian buildings in the UK. The decor of the hotel is certainly in keeping with the grandeur of its location and the spa and restaurant were faultless. The service provided by the staff was impeccable - which is a first in my experience! All the staff were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

    Staff were very friendly and helpful. The downstairs rooms were lovely, it's easy to see what a great house the building must once have been. The room was excellent value for money, especially as the price included breakfast, and the location is good, only 10 mins walk down the hill into Bath.     For our first visit to Bath, we decided to go for something special and chose Queen Charlottes Orangery! So glad we did as it was a wonderful place stay! Great location (only a 10 walk from Bath centre) and easy to find. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The view from the window looked out onto a very unique gar - Queen Charlottes Orangery is unique. It is like stepping into a fairy tale with its' beautiful furnishings and garden. We were made to feel extremely welcome by Greg who showed us to our room called Sofia which was absolutely delightful with a four poster bed and all the comforts one would expect from a four/five star hotel. The extremely friendly owners run the hotel by creating a very warm and welcoming athmosphere.
