The staff at this hotel were fantastically polite, helpful and attentive - there was initially a problem with our room, and we were immediately upgraded by the superb reception manager into a suite that had access to a butler. The spa is excellent, the room comfortable.... If only other hotels were as good as this. - Anonymous

The room was comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities and a big bathroom. A great state of the art gym with all the machines and weights you would hope for- these seemed almost brand new! The bar was comfortable and had a relaxed and happy feel, whether during the day or the evening. The restaurant was first class, with delicious food and excellent service. This was the perfect location for visiting Bath as it took us less than a 2 minute walk to be in the centre! Ask for a river side view - Anonymous

The setting is fantastic - every Austin fan's dream. Close to everything but in a quiet location with great views. The hotel itself is beautiful, you walk through a discrete regency front door into a wonderful combination of history, functionality and good taste. A luxurious feel to the rooms, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was well kitted out and the bed was very comfortable. Just what you want for a couple of nights away. The view from the window, which looks out over a cricket pitch and Bath abbey, was beautiful, lovely for sitting eating and watching the world go by. Also it was quiet which you don't expect for a city centre apartment. I will be recommending this place to everyone! - Anonymous

We received a wonderful warm welcome from the proprietors,even though we arrived before usual check in. Time. We were given lovely tray of tea & bikkies in their gorgeous regency communal lounge while the attractions of Bath were explained to us. Even though we had chosen the less expensive loft room, the decorations were lovely & it was very comfortable, with a/con(which was very necessary because of the afternoon sun), which made the room very comfortable. The highlight of this hotel has to be the breakfast - it is easily the best I've ever had, and if i were to return to Bath, I have no doubt I'd stay at this hotel again. The staff were very polite and welcoming, and the room was absolutely spotless. Although we booked a standard double room, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to the family cottage - which given the chance, I'd love to buy - as it was perfect! The bed was enormous and comfortable... and I'm going to try and track down what duv - Anonymous

The Henrietta House is fun-tastic. When on business trip I've stayed with hotel conglomerates such as Kempinski, Shangri-la, Sheraton, Hilton etc. But none of these could compare with the Henrietta, if a heart-warming, relaxing and unforgettable stay is what you are looking for. Location: 10-15 minuets walk from the Bath Spa railway station, depending on how fast you walk (it generally costs me 20 min.+ to get there because of my constant stops for photos, the sceneries are breathtaking).
