The bedrooms were spacious, extremely comfortable with all the touches you'd - The hotel is situated right in the middle of one of the most iconic Georgian buildings in the UK. The decor of the hotel is certainly in keeping with the grandeur of its location and the spa and restaurant were faultless. The service provided by the staff was impeccable - which is a first in my experience! All the staff were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

    The accommodation was immaculate, good location very central, was a little noisy due to being in center of town. No car parking but car park only about 5 mins walk away cost £12 per day to park.     The room was comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities and a big bathroom. A great state of the art gym with all the machines and weights you would hope for- these seemed almost brand new!     Lovely Victorian building. Good position. Quiet although still on a bus/main route into Bath. Easy walking distance, 20 mins into city centre. Off road parking. Friendly, helpful staff, serving breakfast early to suit our needs. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety. It was cold for June but the heating was on to take the chill off. - Staff were very friendly & welcoming and gave us lots of useful local information about attractions, restaurants etc. Also as hotel guests,we were entitled to discounts at various restaurants, bars & cafes. The breakfast provided was very good and plentiful. The hotel is located very close to the city centre (10 min walk approx)and has the benefit of free parking on site.

    Lovely breakfast room and full English breakfast.Loved being left alone and not having to be sociable. Enjoyed using the DVD selection and being able to park on the hotel forecourt. - Good location, very clean, high quality furnishings, ensuite was excellent, thick fluffy towels and toiletries included.     The Kennard is absolutely exceptional!! It was by far the best place we stayed in during a 10 days trip to London and South-England. The extremely friendly owners run the hotel by creating a very warm and welcoming athmosphere.     For our first visit to Bath, we decided to go for something special and chose Queen Charlottes Orangery! So glad we did as it was a wonderful place stay! Great location (only a 10 walk from Bath centre) and easy to find. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The view from the window looked out onto a very unique gar - Queen Charlottes Orangery is unique. It is like stepping into a fairy tale with its' beautiful furnishings and garden. We were made to feel extremely welcome by Greg who showed us to our room called Sofia which was absolutely delightful with a four poster bed and all the comforts one would expect from a four/five star hotel.     Very quiet. Slept well. I stayed before in Bath city centre hotels and the noise from the street made it hard to sleep full nights. But it was great at the university of Bath. It is a bit out of the city, but then again, it is quiet. Also has great facilities on-site: supermarket, cashpoints, post office desks, bars, etc. - Room was larger than e... what people say » xpected - despite having booked a single I got a small double bed which was lovely. Breakfast was also good and while the uni is out of town the bus runs every ten or twenty minutes from around 7.30 to midnight so getting around wasn't a problem. For the price it's a bargain.
