Each of the 7 self-catering units are located within 1 building and offer en suite bathrooms, marble fireplaces, Victorian ornaments such as gold mirrors and chandeliers, and period features such as bay windows. Each self-contained unit offers modern facilities including fully equipped kitchens, flat-screen TVs, and iPod docking stations. Each apartment has a shower room, hairdryer and ironing facilities. Parking is available in our off-road car park, or there is on-road parking using permits, with 1 parking space per unit only. Built in 1873, Number 17 Bath has beautiful gardens backing onto Bath Recreation Ground, and boasts views of Bath Abbey and the city. Pulteney Bridge and the Roman baths are all a short walk from Number 17, as are numerous beautiful canal walks, parks, café’s and museums.

A luxurious feel to the rooms, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was well kitted out and the bed was very comfortable. Just what you want for a couple of nights away. The view from the window, which looks out over a cricket pitch and Bath abbey, was beautiful, lovely for sitting eating and watching the world go by. Also it was quiet which you don't expect for a city centre apartment. I will be recommending this place to everyone!.
all reviews » The rooms were amazingly decorated and very spacious and clean. We had a ground floor room with a conservatory and our daughters were on the first floor. There was a small kitchen in each room which we only used for coffee/tea, but you could do some self catering. It was great having a car park and the walk into the town centre was a 5-10min stroll across the Pulteney Bridge. Would definitely stay here again on next visit to Bath. Loved the building. Good sized room. The view from main window was fab! Great having Sky and Fast internet access. The kitchenette was well equipped with quality pieces. Would have liked to have a cafetiere provided, luckily we took our own. Information provided was clear and well-presented. Perfect location, friendly owner and staff, you are left to it which we loved! Perfect four poster bedroom, we had a baby 8 months ago so this was our first break away and it was perfect, beautiful room clen and value for money was spot on, will definitely be returning!. We had a fab stay can't complain about anything Arthur was very helpful as our arrival was later than expected due to traffic very lovely apartment beds very comfortable whole place very spacious and close to town and thermae spa .. great trip will be coming back soon. Clean, comfortable, cozy, close to everything. Had a fabulous time during our four night stay. Slept like a baby in our comfy bed. Having an ultra modern kitchen to have our brekkie's in the morn. Arthur was most helpful and friendly. Don't hesitate to book. The apartment is much bigger than the stated 30 sq meters. All rooms are spacious, with beautiful decoration. The best equipped kitchen I have ever seen in a hotel. I always cook when we travel, and that kitchen had everything I needed, including Le Creuset!. Location and parking. Very comfy apartments. Will definetly make it a regular destination, very central close to all amenities. We loved it's central location and the views of the Bath Abbey. Good place to stay within easy reach of city, parking free, pleasant clean accommodation, good cooking facilities. We have stayed before and have 2 other booking for this summer. There wasn't much crockery ie only two plates two bowls etc. although it is only for 2 people it would be nice not to have to wash up after each meal. Bathrooms were very small, but rather that than take away room space. Hot tap to sink a bit dodgy. Bathroom was small but we had already read reviews on this so we where prepared for it, it's clean and compact so didn't bother us at all. Nothing. Small bathroom. I know it is in a 200+ year old builing but the room had a little musty smell. But not bad enough to turn one off. Only one very small frying pan. Tough to do bacon eggs or a stir-fry in. Bought a bigger one and left it there. Bathroom is very small but that is not the owners fault. It does not detract from the accommodation. Wardrobe space restrictive but fine for short stays. Bathroom was very small and the sink flooded. The only slight negative would be the water pressure in the shower. Shower room is a little small and could use a coat of paint and some mastic. Shower cubicle was a little small, special request on booking form was not read. Nothing. Our room only had a tiny shower room. That was adequate really, but it would have been nice if there had been better water pressure in the shower. And there were only two tiny towels. Nothing, everything was good, we didn't want to leave !. Toilet seat had been replaced with a poor fitting one. we satyed for 5 nights and would have liked our room to have been hoovered especially with a little one. We did ask the gentleman one day for a hoover to do it ourself but he said he would get the cleaners to do it..but that neve happened. No plug for razor or electric toothbrush in shower room. Room was cool until we found the spare heater. Bathroom to small by far, but we managed with no comfort, on the up side we didnt go there to stay in the bathroom !!. It was a little on the small size - especially the shower room (which would have been improved with the addition of hooks or a towel rail to hang the towels on). No 17. Everything was perfect. Will definitely visit again. I can not say we did not like anything. It was pretty far from the train station, rather 15-20 min walk rather than 10. Difficult location to find, some guidance on routes in would be helpful. Our only complaint about the facilities would be the shower had very little pressure. A few minor things in the room needed to be fixed e.g. wobbly toilet seat, side window wouldn't close. None. One bathroom. No shower enclosure. No ice in freezer. A bit expensive for what we needed for two nights, but had features like a full kitchen where those staying longer would find value added. slightly musty odour near the bathroom/kitchen area. All the things are good enough. So I can not find something that I did not like. only downside if your tall like my wife the bed was not long enough but it wouldn't stop us booking again. No tea towels! Not enough wine glasses. Nothing, it was exceptional. The small annoying things could've been fixed dealt with. Loose toilet seat and more toilet roll would've been nice. Still minor issues. Nothing. We had the Budda room which has a very small Toilet/shower room. Would be nice to have somewhere to hang damp towels or fresh ones every day. was really perfect. the stuff is very helpfull in everything there. Very minor issue....When we first arrived the apartment was a little cold and felt as though it hadn't been occupied for a while. I would suggest that staff are asked to put the heating on regularly in order to avoid this. The only negative thing I can say,and it's only because I am a lite sleeper, is the fridge was very noisey at night. Quite small bathroom.
