  The staff were all very friendly and attentive. There was a mistake with the extras we had ordered and this was dealt with quickly with a deduction taken off our bill. It's very modern, lots of design thoughts, rooms are small (container-sized, not a coincidence) but they feel a lot bigger than they are due to the very good design.   Staff were excellent and could not have done enough to help you. Although check-in was not until 3pm our room was ready when we arrived at 12.30.   First of all, I would like to say that I definitely would stay at the Glasgow Grand Central Hotel when I return to this wonderful city…especially since I travel by train. Yes, presidents, princesses and the elite of the world…slept here. I would to thank Laura - This was our first visit to Scotland and we could not have had a more phenomenal start. The front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming. Ross and AJ who staffed the concierge desk while we were there were outstanding. We neglected to complete a VIP card for these two gentlemen and should have. We were a little frazzled as we got lost entering Glasgow and Ross was helpful, provided directions to parking, looked after our bags and assisted with ideas for how best to see Glasgow. AJ directed

It is ideal for all types of travellers. good walking distance to the city centre. the room was well presented and of a good size. - The layout of the room and facilities contained within it , ie tv , dvd and cd player.   Central location and friendly staff. I was also accompanied by my elderly Mother. We arrived slightly early but were welcomed by a friendly lady at reception and allowed to check in. The apartment was clean, spacious and very warm. A lovely deep bath with bubble jets was an added bonus and my Mother had another spacious shower room to herself. Bed was c - The location is excellent as it is situated directly in the city centre. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable with a great layout and fantastic city view. There is also good accessibility with the lifts present in the building. The apartment is well equipped with all the necessary appliances. It was excellent that free luggage storage was available on checkout for a few hours.
