Entrance is tucked away in the middle of a side street. Check-in staff is very helpful. Staff seemed to be looking for a way to be helpful if an inquiry is made! Did not take advantage of the breakfast. Aldi and Marks and Spencers is just down the street. Excellent recommendations were made in regards to getting around to Hampden Park and what to expect. Parking next door in car park offered at a discount. - Michael

The penthouse appartment and the location. - Hans

We did a last minute trip to Glasgow and decided to book this apartment as opposed to a hotel room. It was £90 per day and worth every penny. The apartment was immaculate with everything being of the highest quality. The full kitchen was filled with top quality goods and there was every item you would ever need! The furniture is very modern (not our taste) but nevertheless felt "homely". We were comfortable from the moment we stepped through the door. Located right in the city centr - Edward

Found hotel easy to find even though it was my first time in glasgow. The hotel was clean, great value for money ,and the breakfast was very good. I would stay again in this hotel. - Anonymous

Visited the hotel in August with friends. Hotel location is excellent for shopping on Buchanan Street- a couple of minutes walk away. Also about 5 minutes walk to the merchant city area for pubs, restuarants and clubs. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendy. The receptionist gave us great advice on where to eat and drink. The bedrooms were compact but well equipt, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was of a good quality and served till 12 on a sunday. - Dorota

My elderley friend had never been to Scotland, as we were travelling by rail, she was quite willing to come if we could break the journey halfway, so we did at both outward and return at Manchester, Glasgow was selected as base in Scotland, a visit to both Edinburgh and the Highlands was a must, we were very very impressed with Glasgow, one could not have stayed better anywhere in the Uk, (best place to stay in England is Nottingham) We booked 2 double rooms at the Millenium, one could not find - Jacqueline

very clean hotel and reception staff was very nice. our room was spotless, bed was the most comfortable i slept in. our room was at the front and was very noisey as traffic outside got busy from about 6.30am - Bastien

Entire hotel is very clean and staff is very friendly. The rooms were very well appointed and the bathroom was clean. The shower was great and the bed was very comfortable. the restaurant was stylish and the food was great. For the price it can't really be beat. The proximity to local attractions was a major bonus as well. The only compliants were the TV was not very good quality and only got a few channels. Also I'm not from the U.K. so this seperate hot water, cold water faucets thing is annoy - Joshua

We stayed at the Hotel for 1 night to go to the Eagles concert at Hampden Park. We had stayed in the Hilton (4 star) in Isle of Man 2 weeks ago, but this experience was light years ahead! Every detail was taken care of, from the "looking forward to your visit" text before we left home with an offer of directions, to the telephone call after we had left to tell us our son had left some things in his room, they were so attentive. Used as a stopover between travelling from London and then onward by train to Fort William, the Carlton George is right next door to the railway station. It has spacious rooms and although aging a little is well maintained and clean. - Neill

We've been to Glasgow before, but this was our first stay at Jurys Inn and we'll definitely use it again.
