Stayed for two nights. Easy booking in. Friendly staff. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast first morning was a bit chaotic but ok next morning. Would stay again. - John

Great room and lovely bathroom, very clean and no smelly carpet!. Central location and easy walking distance to Prestwick town centre and lovely beach. Petra and the kids all had fun and enjoyed the stay, Kenny and Alison are very friendly and helpful. We stayed for one night at The Hollies. The owner was very friendly and we were greeted with a warm welcome. The room and the bathroom were large, clean, beautiful, and very nice decorated. We had to depart early in the morning at 5, so everything we needed for breakfast was provided for us. Prestwick Airport is only a 10 minutes walk. It was the best of all hotels and guesthouses we encountered during our Scotland trip, although it was the most inexpensive one. Be sure to choose this accomodati - Kay

My husband and I took a trip to Scotland for my birthday and flew RyanAir into Glasgow Prestwick. We planned on spending the majority of our time in Edinburgh and in the Highlands but because our flight got in so late (8:30pm) by the time our train would have gotten into Edinburgh it would have been too late to check into a B&B there...so we decided to stay at Firhill and catch the train out in the morning. I spent 2 weeks in Scotland last summer staying at a different B&B every nigh - Gwyneth

Tastefully decorated, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. All immaculately clean. Satisfying Scottish breakfast. The proprietors Linda and David made us feel very welcome. We stayed at the Parkstone Hotel Prestwick on the 31st October 2009 for one night. We found the hotel perfect in every way. We were allocated room number 33 which we found to be furnished to a high standard, spotlessly clean and the views from the window were amazing. The hotel in its entirety was extremely comfortable, tidy and well maintained throughout. All the staff were pleasant to deal with. I am a bit of a perfectionist and I honestly could not find any fault with this hotel whatsoever. W - Jon

We stayed at the Appletree Inn over the Labor Day weekend. They offer a buffet breakfast. Upon checking in we inquired if we could pay for family to join us at breakfast. We were told, you are our guests, they are your guests and are welcome to join you at breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised. The breakfast buffet was always fully stocked.
