Lovely hotel with amazing staff! The hotel is on the 6th floor of a building that is next to Glasgow Central Station, which is the best location for a hotel in Glasgow, especially when you're traveling by train. We arrived at the middle of the night and had no problem at check-in. We are a family of 3, with an adult daughter, but due to a small re

The other concern we had was we normally stay in the major hotel brands and this was our first stay in a boutique type of hotel. It wa

First of all, I would like to say that I definitely would stay at the
Glasgow Grand Central Hotel when I return to this wonderful

This was our first visit to Scotland and we could not have had a more phenomenal start. The front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming. Ross and AJ who staffed the concierge desk while we were there were outstanding. We neglected to complete a VIP card for these two gentlemen and should have. We were a little frazzled as we got lost entering Glasgow and Ross was helpful, provided directions to parking, looked after our bags and assisted with ideas for how best to see Glasgow. AJ directed
