  The Junior Suite was immaculate and very well set out. We had a turret in our room and i especially liked the small table and 2 chairs situated in it so that you can be cosy and have a good view of the gardens and beyond. The bathroom was spotless and the king sized bed was very comfortable for both of us. The staff were very helpful and very appro... what people say » achable about anything always being pleaseant and polite. Breakfast was fresh and very tasty. The staff could not be have been nicer. - I was only there for one night arriving in the evening and then off in the morning so didn't get enough time to spend using the hotel facilities. However the new conservatory and food there was good value and comfortable. The newly refurbished room(s) are tastefully done and facilities excellent.

  Stayed recently in apartments during a conference and can not recommend the apartment highly enough. It was ideal for our needs and fantastic views from the top floor corner apartment of Glasgow.   The room had been recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. It was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. I was very impressed by the decor and layout of the room.   Location... not far from Queen Street station by taxi and as we were going to a concert in the SECC being able to walk via the walkway was a huge benefit. Despite the hotel being really busy the staff were efficent and very chatty. I have never slept in a bed so big and comfy before.
