  The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms was 10/10 very clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet and no loud disturbances. We arrived after a nightmare journey - Rick was on the doorstep to welcome us, carried our bags from the car, recommended a fabulous local Indian restaurant and ordered the taxi to take us there! Unbelievably peaceful weekend break, especially given that we were but a few minutes' walk from Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Lovely, clean room and superb breakfasts.

  Great Place To Stay. Went on spec checked other guest houses but nowhere near as clean and modern like Number 42. Ann the owner and her lovely mother made our stay great.
