Blackpool Rooms for Disabled Guests Hotels

We had a great time staying here last year. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms. The hosts make you feel like this is a home from home and nothing is too much trouble. Excellent bar too! - Jose

We slept in room 121 (supposedly most suitable for wheelchairs). Could not fit in lift without doing many manouvers and bathroom was a little on small side so had to use downstairs disabled toilet. That aside everything else was good. Staff very helpful and obliging, food excellent, parking could be better. would recommend as value for money - Leigh-ann

first visit to this hotel for about 6 years and it was good then but imo the place has got even better . fantastic greeting at reception ,great help with our bags tothe room when wearrived at the room , twin family , we were very happy with the size , unfortunatly we were atthe back of the hotel so no see view . the beds were not made up for our children but a call to house keeping soon sorted that . on to the restaurant for evening meal , very impressed .carvery with one choice of meat and - Stuart

I am a Group Organiser and took a party of 42 to play whist. Ken even asked how many card tables we needed as he was going to make them himself. We received a very friendly welcome with complimentary refreshments at this family run hotel.. The bedrooms were all clean and tastefully furnished, but not over big. The catering is to be recommended, especially the breakfasts. The only complaint was that there was too much food, but we didn't want this correcting. New South Promenade is at what I - Rob

i have visited this hotel many times and always enjoy my stay, the staff are friendly and amy the manager cant do enough for her guests and nothing is too much trouble. the food is lovely. - John

10 of us stayed for 2 nights rooms a couple were on the small side however we did not spend alot of time in them, they could be rather hot but staff explained that it was due to the hot water pipes running under the floor which they were unable to do anything about advantage to this was that we were never short of hot water which can be an issue in some hotels - food was excellent, plently of choice and we highly recommend the lamb clear plates all round - staff very friendly and certainly made - Peter

Arrived late after epic drive, only to find car parking a nightmare, ended up in front of the entrance abandoned! Staff very friendly, food in restaurant not as warm as I'd have liked, but we were very late and the kitchen was about to close. It tasted okay though, can't complain. The room itself was great, clean, tidy, fresh looking, can't fault it. Shower superb! The only drawback I could see regards the room, was that the walls were paper thin, and a lack of courtesy from other guests being n - Simon
