Had my 40th birthday weekend in blackpool ,and stayed at the waterford .Has an excellent location on north shore ,just off the seafront . We had a sea view room ,just that little bit out of the hustle of blackpool,but close enough to get to all the nighlife , What a place to stay . Excellent all the way . from checking in to leaving . the rooms were immaculate,and very tastefully furnished ..All the little extras like lovely white bath robes ,and slippers .,emergency kit .,clothes brush .even a - Debby


We stayed there from the 6th Aug to the 10th Aug and Simon and Karen made it so easy for us. Any questions they always came up with the answer. Their Guest House/Hotel was something else and they should be very proud of what they have achieved. The breakfasts were something else.The room was a luxury and a joy to come back to. It has certainly opened our eyes as to what to expect in Blackpool. It was so close to all things that Blackpool is famous for, the beach, the promenade, the trams and the - Tom


Walking distance from the centre of Blackpool or you can jump on a Tram, the stops at the bottom of the road. The Hotel itself is small & cosy with friendly owners. Our room which was a double, was a little on the small side but that aside it contained everything we needed and more and as we were only staying for 2 nights it was fine. Breakfast was brilliant there was plenty of choice and even 2 menus. We will definatly be going back next year but next time we will be paying extra for a king - Rebecca

Payment Information:
A 20% (minimum GBP 20) non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any booking.

By Car:
From the south:
- Take the M6.
- Join the M55 via the promenade.
- Exit the M55 following signs for Blackpool Air Centre.
- After the Air Centre, continue onto the A584, signposted "Promenade", starting at the most southerly point with the sea on your left.
- Continue north on the promenade for a distance of 4 miles.
- After the Hilton Hotel, take the first right, this is Warley Road.
- Gynn Avenue is the first left.
- The Waterford is situated on the corner of Warley Road and Gynn Avenue.
