Blackpool 3* star Hotels

When we arrived at the hotel first impressions were clean, tidy and welcoming. Parking a bit iffy though if the hotel is full but there is no restrictions on the side streets. When we arrived at reception we had booked a family room but the gentleman on the desk had advised us that there was a problem with the family room we had book but he had already sorted the issue before arrival and gave us 2 rooms next to each other and changed our rate for us to reflect this. Well what can we say we had a fantastic stay here there were about 50 of us maybe more we held a meet here all friends for the internet sue and dave made us so welcome we had stayed there before terry and myself but 1st time with a large group and all was wonderful great rooms entertainment and food all staff very helpful indeed we are all going back again in november to do it all again all i can say is dont miss out on this hotel you will be back as we will thanks dave and sue for all you help - Mark

Have just spent two nights at the Corona, party of 4 adults, 3 pensioners, and two toddlers. Everything about the Corona is just perfect. The hotel is spotless clean, the rooms are a little small, but adequate, very well appointed, with good en-suites. The lounges and bar are welcoming and comfortable, and the owners, Richard and Paul cannot do enough to accommodate guests. The breakfast consists of cereals, fruits, yoghurts, plus full English, which is cooked to order. We took evening dinner - Mary

We had a bad start in blackpool after booking into the cornhill which is further down the rd from the sandford, we walked out because of the dirty rooms. So we came across the SANDFORD and were greeted with smiles and they jumbled rooms around to fit us in!!!! We had a fantastic stay after that, all the staff were very friendly and the rooms were immaculate, the food was excellent and the evening meal was very plentiful! We stayed at the Tregenna for my hen weekend - and we CAN NOT fault anything! The location, the fab value, and the service were really good. The service at the Tregenna was above and beyond. They were amazing with the whole group; and we would all defo stay here again. If you are planning a trip to Blackpool - this B&B comes very highly thought of . While our room was a bit small the hosts more than made up for this by being so nice and helpful. Matthew parked our car for us (as Americans we struggled with some of the parking) and took luggage to our room. They allowed us to keep our picnic supplies in their refrigerator for the next day. Matthew allowed us use of one of the family laptops in our room for the evening. It was on a safe street and walking distance to the sea and all the attractions. I would definately recomend this hotel to anyone. Its in a nice quiet location, with ample free parking nearby and its only 2 minutes walk away from the Queens promeade with regular buses and trams. The breakfast is excellent and you can choose what you want on it (you have can have the full choice if you want which offers everything you might find on an English Breakfast). The room was a little smaller than we are used to but very cosy and tasteful and immaculate. Not a speck of dirt to be foun - Stephen

Myself,son and brother-in law stayed at the Lanayr hotel in early July as it was my birthday and fancied a change of pubs to visit. After a hellish journey due to torrential rain all the way from Leeds, we arrived at the hotel and parked up in the carpark(there is plenty of space as there is a carpark at the rear as well as the front). Once inside we were made welcome,booked in and allocated our rooms. Mine was fine but my sons didn't have a cold tap and my brother-in laws didn't have warm water - Richard

My husband and 6 yr old son and I stayed here, and we were very pleased. We have travelled extensively and found this hotel very comfortable and clean. The manager swapped rooms for us at the last minute and was so kind when we had a disaster with our car and it's back windscreen. The breakfasts were lovely and Meirav is such an interesting person to talk to. I would have no hesitation in recommending ths hotel. A highly enjoyable stay was had at this fresh and clean hotel. The owners and their daughter were friendly and they really looked after us. The rooms are light and well cared for, and spotlessly clean. The bed was really comfortable - best couple of night's sleep i've had in ages! And finally...
