Hotels near Blackpool Pleasure Beach

Just got back from what i can say was a lovely hotel with very welcoming and friendly owners. Hotel very cosy and the bedrooms very clean and airy, the room was abit on the small side but straight away we were asked if we also wanted to have a single room next door free of charge as there was 3 of us which i thought was very nice of the landlady to offer us, but we were happy as we were. The breakfast in the morning was superb an it sets you up for the whole day its a 3 course breakfast and caro - David

wow had a amazing weekend blackpool was great,fantastic paintball next to south pier and you must try out the bike hire machines'what a great idea'. if i can't get into the danescourt the next time i come to blackpool i won't be coming at all,thanks lynn and andy you made our stay,they bent over backwards to please.they even had a toothbrush for my kids which i forgot. the breakfast was second to none, this hotel was recommend by a close friend they said it was great,i say it was amazing.great - Michael

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for one night. The room was very clean with a nice en-suite bathroom with a decent sized shower. The breakfast was very good and even better than the one we got in the Hilton in Dublin the following morning. We spoke to the owner on numerous occasions and he was always helpful and giving us tips on bars to go to and other places to visit. From the moment we arrived Derek and Rhiannon were so welcoming. The room were good - family room with seperate sleeping area for kids was great. Beds very comfortable and everything very clean. Shower not powerful but hey, the reast made up for it. Really recommend this hotel to everyone. - Caroline

Work sent me to Blackpool recently for a few days. I have never been there before. I have heard plenty of stories of the Blackpool B&Bs over the years so I was a little concerned when the SATNAV took so close to the "Golden Mile". My room was not particularly large but was more than sufficient. The shower was fine and the bed was very comfortable. Just back from a break in Blackpool. Booked into the (terrible) Marton Mere site from Tuesday to Saturday but couldn't stay away so we went a day early and stayed the Monday night at the Staymor Hotel on South Promenade. Well, suffice to say I'm very glad we did as I have now found my "new" hotel for trips to Blackpool. Right from the instant of our very friendly greeting our stay at this hotel went perfectly. Just got back this morning after spending five days and it has been lovely, The rooms are spotless, food excellent and the staff are lovely. entertainment wise you can't fault it. We really enjoyed Buddy Lee and all the comedians especially Nicky Newson with his good northern humour. He had me in hysterics! We've stayed at this hotel many times and each time we are not disapointed. All in all we've enjoyed a really good break - Derek

Well what can we say we had a fantastic stay here there were about 50 of us maybe more we held a meet here all friends for the internet sue and dave made us so welcome we had stayed there before terry and myself but 1st time with a large group and all was wonderful great rooms entertainment and food all staff very helpful indeed we are all going back again in november to do it all again all i can say is dont miss out on this hotel you will be back as we will thanks dave and sue for all you help - Mark

We visited Blackpool over the Easter Holiday. My wife & I plus our 2 young children. We found this lovely Guest House just across the road from Blackpool Pleasure Beach. It was exceptionally clean and the Breakfasts were excellent. The children enjoyed the bunk beds as they normally sleep in Single Beds. One of the reasons we picked this hotel initially was because they do not cater for Stag & Hen Parties. They were also a Non Smoking Hotel which suits us. The Hotel doesn't have a bar bu - Cédric
