had a wonderful 3 day stay all the staff were friendly and helpful, our room was cleaned daily to a very high standard with clean towels and beverages. our only complaint was we couldn't stay longer - Kevin

We arrived in Blackpool with nowhere to stay and were looking for a hotel that looked "not too shabby"!! After looking at a few we "didn't fancy", we discovered the Barton and it exceeded our expectations by a mile! B&Bs in Blackpool can be quite old-fashioned but this one has a nice modern bar, with wooden floors and modern Jack Vettriano prints. We paid £40 for a double room - great value. We stayed in the Charlton hotel for our 40th wedding anniversary, we were greeted with a very warm and friendly welcome by the hotel proprietors Kim and Mark. The room was very clean and comfortable overlooking the promenade. They also provide very good free entertainment. The excellent home cooked meals were of a very high standard and served by very friendly staff, and a good selection of drinks from their well stocked bar. Had my 40th birthday weekend in blackpool ,and stayed at the waterford .Has an excellent location on north shore ,just off the seafront . We had a sea view room ,just that little bit out of the hustle of blackpool,but close enough to get to all the nighlife , What a place to stay . Excellent all the way . from checking in to leaving . the rooms were immaculate,and very tastefully furnished ..All the little extras like lovely white bath robes ,and slippers .,emergency kit .,clothes brush .even a - Debby

I've stayed in numerous other hotels in blackpool including the bigger, large chain hotel directly across the street from this one, and found this place to be the best I've stayed in by far. First of all I will mention this was one of only two hotels in Blackpool I contacted that allowed us to take our labrador puppy with us. we travelled from essex to blackpool on a dismal rainy day and was really tired when we arrived, we was greeted by Rhona and Simon who made us feel very welcome . julie and i went to the bar and had a few drinks whilst we waited for the fireworks display that was taking place on the promenade,the bar prices were excellent and the atmosphere was superb.when we returned from the fireworks we ate at the hotel and i chose the gammon steak which was reccomended by simon and i can say with all honest - David

Have just spent two nights at the Corona, party of 4 adults, 3 pensioners, and two toddlers. Everything about the Corona is just perfect. The hotel is spotless clean, the rooms are a little small, but adequate, very well appointed, with good en-suites. The lounges and bar are welcoming and comfortable, and the owners, Richard and Paul cannot do enough to accommodate guests. The breakfast consists of cereals, fruits, yoghurts, plus full English, which is cooked to order. We took evening dinner - Mary

We stayed at the Tregenna for my hen weekend - and we CAN NOT fault anything! The location, the fab value, and the service were really good. The service at the Tregenna was above and beyond. They were amazing with the whole group; and we would all defo stay here again. If you are planning a trip to Blackpool - this B&B comes very highly thought of . I would definately recomend this hotel to anyone. Its in a nice quiet location, with ample free parking nearby and its only 2 minutes walk away from the Queens promeade with regular buses and trams. The breakfast is excellent and you can choose what you want on it (you have can have the full choice if you want which offers everything you might find on an English Breakfast). The room was a little smaller than we are used to but very cosy and tasteful and immaculate. Not a speck of dirt to be foun - Stephen
