After reading the reviews I was slightly worried about the hotel but on arrival the staff were brilliant, check in was quick and smooth, they'd gone the extra length to make sure they have parking for all guests. Breakfast was lovely and served quickly. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. We had an amazing weekend and the service was second to none! I'd highly recommend the hotel!! Amazing value for money!

Very peaceful area on the quieter side of Blackpool. Tram stop opposite the hotel so easy access to the busier central part of Blackpool. Speedy and hassle free check in. Extremely friendly staff who bent over backwards to help. The hotel had a warm family feel to it and the other guests seemed to come several times a year so it felt like 1 big ha

The staff at harlands were amazing they could help enough they were friendly kind and helpfull the rooms were fantastic extremely clean and comfortable, the food was lovely and plenty full would highly recommend to anybody to stay here. We will defiantly be going back thanx for a fantastic weekend much appreciated

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms was 10/10 very clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet and no loud disturbances. The breakfasts was really nice and there was lots of choice. We have stayed in Blackpool a few times and this was the best by far and we will return. -

During our time there we paid for the massages (at an excellent price!!!!) They were brilliant, we would definatley stay again just to have another massage! Although the hotel is quite far from the town there is a tram stop on the door step and also no noise from the centre!
