  Everything was absolutely perfect! We actually booked a small double room from Mon-Fri and when we arrived we found they had actually upgraded us to a bigger room with no extra charge! :) We were made to feel so welcome and Sally & Joanne were so friendly and hospitable! We like to try different places so we only ate breakfast there once but i... what people say » t was absolutely gorgeous!! (Thanks for the tip with cooking the Sausages Sally, made me very popular! ;D) The room itself was absolutely stunning, we - Everything. The location was just off the sea front within easy reach of the attractions and tram stop. The en-suite (shower, no bath) was clean, tidy with tea/coffee, TV and comfortable bed. Hair dryer, bathrobes basic toiletries etc were all provided, Breakfast was at a sensible time, and excellent. Full English meant that - plus a Scottish touch of a little haggis if you wanted it! Bacon, egg, tomato, black pudding, sausage, haggis, large potato chips, and all the usual trimmings - all cook
