  We found our stay very cosy and homely. All the staff was very friendly. We have taken our grand children to blackpool for the last 4 year for a mimi break and we have finally found the best hotel.   The staff we're very nice and welcoming, the room was very clean and quite nice, as well. The area, too, was much better than staying closer to the city with easy access via the tram.
