The day and night staff were friendly, caring and professional in terms of customer care. The beds are extremely comfortable and the TV was very welcome. The breakfast and breakfast staff were both excellent.

We liked everything. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The adjoining rooms were perfect for our family group(3 adults and 8 children!). The staff could not have been better - they were so helpful it made our weekend. I wish I had their names but special thanks to the young lady who allocated our rooms and to the night receptionist/porter

Very friendly and attentive staff. Immaculately clean and surprisingly quiet. Very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend and re-visit. Visited on business and whilst not a 'luxury' hotel, does exactly what you need it to and ideally situated. -

It's hard to find better staff, it was bonfire night and the staff arranged us so we could see the fireworks while waiting for the dinner at the restaurant. Also made possible that my girlfriend could have dinner, that's rare because she's allergic to so many things that usually restaurants can't serve us.
Also truly fast Wifi, we could stream HD with our netflix account.

The staff was very helpful, the room was very clean and the attention to detail was great, and the breakfast was cooked fresh with a great selection, the whole package was great value for money. - Room was nice and dinner was excellent. - The staff were great. Hotel was lovely.

Room was clean , hotel was in a great location down side was the price of the drinks in the hotel bar although other bars are very close little dis organised at breakfast had to wait for a seat for ten minutes another couple came Down down and were seated immediately fire alarm was set off at 6.30am and we had to evacuate on a Sunday morning but that couldn't be helped and we did receive a letter of apology overall a good hotel with excellent facilities great location will definately be back
