What people say
We did ask for quiet rooms, but mine was not quiet, as it was beneath a
staircase. The receptionist said it was the fault of letsbookhotel.com for not
relaying the request! She refunded the cost of my room. The other room
was fine. I am always amazed that modern British hotels have wooden
floors/ceilings. All other modern hotels in the world have concrete,
and don't have the noise problem. all reviews »
The day and night staff were friendly, caring and professional in terms of customer care. The beds are extremely comfortable and the TV was very welcome. The breakfast and breakfast staff were both excellent.
the friendly staff the cleaness of the rooms the fact that there was a beefeaters pub next door that meant you could get food and a drink if you wanted and was within easy reach of everythig.
The person who was on the reception when we arrived (20:00) was very
helpful, explained everything fully and in summary made our visit very
enjoyable, he was a credit to your company.
Good location only 5 min drive to city centre. Handy for shopping.
Value for money. Located near to supermarket and other local
restaurants and shops.
Reception lady was lovely, very welcoming..room excellent..breakfast and staff perfect..the whole experience could not have been better 10/10.
The helpful & considerate staff who went out of their way to make my stay easier whilst having my husband very ill in hospital.
The dedication of the staff, really helpfull and friendly.

Friendly helpful staff.
Clean and comfortable room.
Quiet.
convenient quiet location.
Excellent breakfast.
Easy access to centre of town
Near to Beefeater.
The usual good standard of a Premier Inn.
The Nightlife!.
Up to usual Premier Inn standard - welcoming staff. Huge TV. Beefeater pub next door. On canal short/medium walk into town centre. Holiday Inn next door.
Staff fine, rest of room OK. You only have a yes/no choice on recommending to someone. I say no because I would not want a disabled person given room 3.
A nice frendly atmospere in the Beefeater and very helpful staff in reception.
Good location.
The staff were very friendly & helpful.

Noisy guests above and next door who woke us at 3.30am and continued to be noisy until 4.40am. Unfortunately there was no telephone in the room and I had to go down to reception to report the matter to the night staff. Although the other guests were told to be quiet by night staff they continued to disturb our sleep. The staff expressed great concern about us in the morning and we received a refund for the room. It was a shame as we had been very comfortable in our room.
that it was suppose tgo be disabled friendly but the bed was too low and the bathroom should have been a wet room type not a low bath my husband could not even lift his leg over the bath to get a shower and if he had got in the bath he would not have been able to get out.
Nothing.
9.15Am cleaner barging into our room on Sat morning. Asked her firmly
but politely to leave only fir her to come back at 10am and do the
same. Make sure you use the Do Not Disturb signs is our best advice.
Having worked in a disabled residential home I found the double bed in the room was very soft & although it was for a disabled person it was much too low. The bathroom would have been easier if there had been a walk-in shower instead of a bath.
Would appreciate an additional handshower.
Towels were a bit tired.
Would have been hard to find without sat nav free map of Nottingham
totally useless.
no air conditioning room temperature up to 30 degrees at night.
No extra facilities, and no phone in the room.
Nothing.
View from room not good.
Lots of roadworks in the area which is not your fault.
No Airco.
What I did not like from Nottingham are the excessive speed cameras there are....you can barely drive.
Bedroom and bathroom smelt of smoke. Some morning road noise.
The door to my disabled room toilet could not possibly have been opened by a disabled person. I hope they don't actually allocate it to someone with a disability (room 3). Fire brigade putting the kitchen out so breakfast late.
Location made it difficult to walk anywhere, being busy roads and no immediate bus routes. This resulted in taxis everywhere and when added to the price if the room made it a little on the expensive side.
We know the weather was hot but we will not stay in Premier Inn again in such hot weather until you install air conditioning or find a better way of cooling down rooms.
There was no air conditioning and we were not able to open the window more than 1 inch, so the room was like a sauna!
The fan provided was a waste of time.
Hotel put me in a desable room and inform me that it was the fault of booking. they did not want to change me to a normal room.
