  All the staff were friendly, (even though it was a big modern hotel)they were courteous and very helpful. A young man warmly greeted us atthe entrance when we arrived in the taxi and this warm welcome extendedto the checking in desk. The decor was very modern with a lot extras. Considering therate we paid, this hotel is five star compared to other hotels we stayedat before. It's location with regards to transport in and around Londoncan not get any better.

  Absolutely loved this apartment! It is great value for money! If you are looking around this area for a self contained apartment you will spend some ridculous amout of money per night. This place costed us just shy of $200 Australian per night. Bargain for the location and it being self contained. Very close to the tube and centrally located so most attractions were within a reasonable travel time. Lot's of restaurants and shopping close by.   Everything very smooth and an oasis to have so much space in comparison to the ordinary hotel room in London. Good shower and toiletries! Location is perfect, about a minutes walk to the tube (served by multiple lines), loads of shops and eateries around but off the main street, so nice and quiet. We could leave our bags in the hotel on the last day and were even given plenty of time to charg - Melissa at the reception was terrific. She was very helpful and accommodating. She received a parcel for me and it was waiting in the apartment when we got back from Paris. The location is excellent. A 3-minute walk from Earl's Court station which has the Piccadilly and district lines stopping here so it's super convenient. There is a Sainsbury local, the co-operative and M&S near the station (for food supplies) plus a Boots and a stationery shop. Lots of eateries too.
