I thought the room was comfortable and had the amenities I needed. It was better than I expected and its location was great. Walking distance to many sites. I liked that the windows opened and I faced a court yard. The location was brilliant. It was close to a tube station on the piccadilly line which was great as we were travelling from Heathrow. And it was exactly as it looked on the website. I would stay there again.
all reviews » The room and the location for sight seeing and proximity to the Circle Line underground at Holborn and quiet all at the same time! The full English breakfast was excellent too!. The Hotel was ideally situated for exploring the capital, particularly ideal as our week-end involved a theatre trip. The hotel facilities and staff were excellent.So clean, near all the paces we needed to visit, a real treat. We do not have very much money and could only afford one night but it was very special. we got a nice quiet very clean room with opening windows as requested the breakfast and dining room was very nice,the staff were exceptionaly nice. On arrival we were offered a free upgrade to a two bedroomed suite, which was great! Location was ideal for both the theatre and the shops. Cleanliness, room facilities, bar and breakfast all excellent. Very central location, but quiet. Good value for money for central London.We liked everything, we only stayed 1 night but it was wonderful. the hotel is a really lovely place,would advise anyone to stay there,. A very minor criticism - fascia and Park Inn logo does not really fit the building or surrounding buildings, and makes the hotel (in our opinion) appear cheap. Reception area could also be enhanced, to give visitors a better first impression, and reflect the high quality of the hotel.The breakfast room was a little crowded. There was a twenty minute wait for a table. However staff were efficient at clearing and relaying tables and restocking the breakfast buffet. Breakfast selection was good but hot buffet was not hot enough. bath water was tepid!. should be offered broader ala cart menu at the restaurant. not at all hotel very clean staff very helpfull. Price of Breakfast. Breakfast room food layout unable to cope with a rush on Sunday. Cereals etc should be positioned away from the hot course. breakfast... day one it came early and there was no butter with the toast, day 2 the breakfast was cold.....- I know it sounds picky but the bed was a bit too short and if you are over 6ft it will be a problem. But otherwise bed was really comfy!.
