from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments. we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing. Service was amazing and the staff were very polite. I had a free upgrade to an huge room which was spotless.

The Location is excellent.Central location. Very nice big room due to an upgrade. In my experience The best one in london.Lovely comfortable large bed..... my room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The lobby bar was nice and I really enjoyed the pool. Open spaces in reception. Good facilities in rooms. Excellent swimming pool. the rooms were decorated very beautifully and the bed was comfortable. staff were helpful and friendly but kept their distance.a good location .plenty of space in each room .bar prices were fair. The food in the Constallations restaurant was excellent and so was the service.The locatuion. Was ideal for us. My wife enjoyed the breakdfast. barman was a legend. Location - easy for the theatre we'd booked. the restaurant was cold while having dinner - however dinnner was fabulous.Bit pricey on food and drink, had a sarnie and a pint of cider and it came to £17. The hotel is a modern building. Most of the decoration inside is fake(marber, wood,...). The charges for using Internet is very high. In a hotel nearby, there is a computer with internet access for use of guests. You can hear traffic.Size of bathroom was rather small. the changing room for the pool and fitness center was a little small. We paid an upgrade but were given a similar room as before. Took two more requests to upgrade appropriately. Some language difficulties with reception staff and so some confusion with missing luggage. we stayed on the 9th floor and the AC on the roof was very noisy and it kept us awake all night.bathroom was too small compared to size of room. I thought the double room was a bit small especially the bathroom.Overcharged by £53:32 - refund promised. "Rumbling" noises at intervals - tube trains ?. lighhts and phone to reception not working on arrival.asked for a different room and not helpfull, in the end we had to pay more money for a room change and will not be returning to this hotel again.
