Not too expensive and very easy to get to places from hotel. Outstanding, supportive and polite staff as well as conveniant place for shopping.The room was very spacious and well decorated and the location was excellent. location was very good, rooms very spacious and very clean. Upgraded to a suite!. Friendly staff. Value for money and centrally located. We also required triple room that had 3 single beds and this is not readily available at other hotels.

It's conveniently located near Oxford Circus for shopping and restaurants. The apartment was surprisingly spacious. Lack of facilities in new breakfast room. The only slight drawback was that the 3rd bed was a fold-up type and it was not really suitable for a large adult - very soft mattress. However, as we were only staying for a couple of nights we rotated beds and it meant that we only had to spend one night in the fold-up bed. Very poor TV and lack of Digital chanels. expensive internet access, could expand the breakfast menu. The sound of the underground train. Noisy. No real soundproofing to the outside world. There is major construction work happening just outside. Work and Traffic starts very early. Also , no Air conditioning , it was very warm when we were there. A Fan in the room would have helped a lot. no heat in the bathroom wasa very cold in the early mornings bathroom/shower has seen better days needs remodeling. did not care for the breakfast.No hot water in the morning- for 2 days in a row- they couldnt fix a problem with their boiler! Door room open wide when back from a day out - did the cleaner forgot to close it?! ...Anyway everything was in order and nothing missing. TV could use more channels, and breakfast was very basic, but still good for the price.The bathroom sink had oldfashioned taps (seperate hot/cold water). a bit dated and no bar. Brekfast. The rooms were older but it was still fine. We were so tired by the end of the days, we passed out on the bed, woke up the next day, took our shower and started it all over again.The Breakfast was fine the first few days, but then became very boring,same old same old, we went to a near by cafe for our last few days. Theshower could do with some major modernising, but was just about adequatefor our needs. Old bathroom , not very warm in the room ( 1 heater for room and bathroom but it was -4 C. at night so otherwise it would'nt have been a problem). luggage room (too small), simple glazing, cold in the toilet, old design, building under construction in front of the hotel. time to replace the beds!. I booked a family room with having to children aged 14 and 11 but on arrival at the hotel we were given one double room and one twin room. This caused alot of disstress for my children who had never slept in a different hotel room from their mum and dad we complained to the hotel and filled in a complaints form but where told there was nothing they could do. The bathroom facilities need updating/refurbishing. The breakfast room was far too small. The mattresses were old and uncomfortable, need new ones. The toilets bit old fashioned with separate cold and hot water taps. There were no hooks, nor enough hangers in the bathtub/shower room. The floor were creaky.
