  The staff were all brilliant, they were very helpful, friendly and inviting, the apartments were gorgeous very clean and loads of space with amazing views of the high street and odeon without their been any noise, I have been once before to the apartments, but my 9 friends had not, but they will all be re visiting again, we didn't get all of the s... what people say » taffs names but we would like to thank david the 2 girls who checked us out of apartments and the man who checked us in, they helped give my friend (t - The apartments were clean and modern and secure and had everything you needed home from home. Had a 9th floor apartment with a fantastic view. The chaps on the reception were really busy as there were customers and the phones were busy but they were really good and still gave 100% service. The location is excellent and for the price I would definitely come back. No complaints at all from us.

  We were upgraded free of charge, the room was beautiful, the staff really helpful and pleaseant and we ordered room service. The food was lovely.   The Boat was fantastic, I booked it as a surprise for my daughter's 18th birthday and she stayed with a group of her friends. They were all absolutely thrilled and the location was perfect for their night out in Liverpool. They started with 2 for 1 cocktails at Gusto a minutes walk away followed by a meal and then walked into the city to the bars ... what people say » - We wanted something different & the Titanic Boat was just that, we only stayed 1 night as it was fully booked, would have been nice to stay longer it was luxury for the whole family our children age 9& 16 both loved it too, we had quality family time on the boat then enjoyed the sights of Liverpool the next day. Definatly recommended.

  We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel. Whils - I liked the convenience of the hotel in relation to shopping and conference facilities I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent. The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet. The bottled water and chocs left every day.
