We came to Liverpool for a night out and the location of the Hotel could not of been better. Staff were very friendly and helpful, security of the hotel was outstanding. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay within the city centre. The whole experience from start to finish was great, staff were more than accommodating and the apartments just felt like your were at home. Fabulous layout, the images online doesn't do it justice.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at epic ! Stayed in the three bed apartment ,was clean spacious and great value for money ! Staff were accommodating and friendly . Have already rebooked to return. Lots of room even though it was a studio apartment, super clean, smart, comfortable, rainfall shower was luxurious! Location was brilliant, and staff were friendly and professional. Great location for a lads weekend as it's right in the mixer for pubs. Good, clean, spacious apartments as well. Helpful & nice reception staff. Location was perfect. Beautiful and modern apartment. Loved the location staff were friendly apt was spacious and clean. I would stay here again. nothing. I don't think there was anything!. No guests after 9pm. This caused problems when meeting with friends amd bringing visitors back to the apartment. Security actually ask your name on re-entry and tick your name off of the list. If ya name's not on the list ya not gettin in!. Inability to have more than 1 potential guest. Nothing. Nothing. Noisy neighbours at 4am!. Didnt like the fact that you had to sign in everytime you went out reminded me of a hostel in southeast Asia. Also the kitchenette failed to provide certain utensils i.e sharp knife or ice tray or even an ice machine so for the type of money you spend these are simple requirements.

Check-In: Epic Apart Hotel is located at 25-27 Seel St, Liverpool, L1 4AU. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed. Payment: Payment should be made in GBP by credit card, debit card or cash. Cheques and bank transfers will not be accepted. A minimum payment of 30% is required at the time of booking, which will be held as a non-refundable deposit. The remainder of the balance will be due at the time of checking in. Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 21 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking. Proof of identification and date of birth may be requested on arrival and if not presented on request, Epic Apart Hotel reserve the right to cancel the booking. Security Deposit: A security deposit between GBP 150 and GBP 500 per apartment will be taken upon check-in at the discretion of Epic Apart Hotel and Serviced Apartments to cover “additional charges", including breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay. A valid credit card is required from the lead guest to hold this deposit. Cash will not be accepted. If your security deposit does not cover the total additional charges, Epic Apart Hotel will be entitled to recover this from guests without delay. All pre-authorisations are rescinded on check-out. Most banks will make the funds available again within 48 hours, however certain debit cards can take up to 10 days.
