Hotels near Tate Liverpool

What a lovely hotel in a great location, right on the Docks. A short walk to Liverpool 1 which is well worth a visit. Rooms were extremely clean and spacious. We were really surprised at how quiet the hotel was as sometime when you book these 'budget' hotels they are prone to have groups of rowdy stags and hens staying at them but we did not find that this was the case at this hotel.We parked in the nearby Echo Arena carpark which is a short walk away and was really easy to find. Booked here after a weeklong trip to Ireland. A 15 pound cab fare from the airport. We were able to check in several hours early. The room is spacious. We had two double beds. Nice and clean. Beds are good with two pillows each. Nice, but not great view of the river. However, we didn't spend much time in our room. Liverpool has so much to do. Amanda, Richard and Gary were especially helpful at the desk. We were only going to stay one night but we liked it so well we asked for another night - Pawel

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful - despite being very busy both Saturday and Sunday mornings. The standard of cleanliness, especially in the the bathroom was very high. The only complaint being that some people during the night were a bit exuberant in the corridors - but that is not the fault of the hotel merely thoughtless customers. - Elizabeth

Just got back from a 1 night stay at the Staybridge Suites and it was spot on, no complaints at all. The staff were friendly and welcoming, our room had everything and more and spotlessly clean. The parking is limited with around 40 spaces, but there is a multi-story carpark right next door. The breakfast was tasty and there was enough variety to suit everyones tastes. This Hotel is perfect for anyone looking for a close location to The Echo Arena, it's right next door!, also ideal for shopping - Chris

We booked a long weekend in the Tower apartments in Liverpool. The apartment was amazing, really modern and even had a huge roof terrace. They were really spacious and we will never stay anywhere else in Liverpool. This is the first time we have booked an apartment for a weekend away but it wont be our last, it was so much nicer than a hotel, we could all sit up and chat and have breakfast together and it was great to be able to make our own food to save a bit of money. We stayed overnight on friday to see a show (chitty chitty bang bang) at the Liverpool Empire. We were pleasantly surprised by the standard of the hotel and how quiet it was especially located in the middle of this busy city. The staff were amazing , the girls on reception, John the concierge and the dining room staff couldn't be friendlier. The bed with its beautiful pillows kept us comfortable all night. Altogether a great experience. AND the theatre is only a very short stroll away.We will de - Patricia

I stayed just one night in a two bedroom apartment and can not fault the apartment or the staff. Bridgestreet@ONE is situated in the new LIVERPOOL ONE shopping complex and is in a visually exciting newly built block. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and stylishly furnished in neutral tones with wooded floor in the open plan living/dining/kitchen. We stayed here with our two teenage sons in order to attend the University Open Day. The apartment was fantastic value. We had two sumptuous bedrooms, a huge lounge/kitchen-diner which was very well equipped - even down to the champagne flutes. The boys enjoyed the flat screen TVs. Locationwise, it couldn't have been better. The Pads are located right opposite the huge new shopping centre (Liverpool 1) and are a short walk from both Albert Dock and the centre of town.
