  We were very impressed with this hotel. The hotel is very new, and running smoothly. Service from the front desk was exceptional as we were warmly welcomed and provided with a lot of information about where to go in Soho, and London for our weekend. They gave us good restaurant recommendations and booked us a Mercedes to Heathrow that cost less than a black cab. When I asked for more coffee and ultra pasteurized milk for the room, they loaded me up. We spent a lot of time searching

The breakfast was great as well as there was enough to eat for everyone....the kids loved the scrambled eggs, lol. Its right in the mall so shopping was within very easy access and we didn't have to take our jackets out for shopping when it got cold.
