It's a cross between a hotel and and apartment which allows you to be very flexible with regard to cooking your own meals, getting a takeaway (which can be delivered according to the literature in my room) or going out to one of the many eateries at the Westfield Centre which is where the hotel is located. The location for me was fine as I was on business visiting clients all over Greater London, so not being right in the city centre wasn't an issue. Parking is good value for money at £5.00 per.
all reviews » My young kids and I stayed at staybridge suites in April and it was an amazing experience. Reception staff (Sophie, Timothy and Nicholas) were friendly and exceptional at all times. The breakfast was great as well as there was enough to eat for everyone....the kids loved the scrambled eggs, lol. Its right in the mall so shopping was within very easy access and we didn't have to take our jackets out for shopping when it got cold. I've already recommended to hotel to my friends and will definitel. The location is great. I work in Canary Wharf,so it's very convenient for me to get to office via Jubilee line, only a few stops. Good for after work shopping. The breakfast in the 12th floor is good and the view is great. You can see the whole Olympic Park. If you want to visit those London landmarks like London Eye, London Bridge, Tower Bridge, St. Paul, Big Ben, Parliment, Buckingham Palace or Oxford/Bond street shopping, it is a bit far but you can take Jubilee line for less than 30 minutes. the location was great the hotel itself has really high standards. clean and taken care of. great staff. Also, the price was low. Staybridge Suites hotel was MUCH better than center town location hotels with higher prices. it has train station right under the hotel 2 minutes walk, also the red line tube (central line) which connects to every other tube line. just awesome - will definitely come back to Staybridge Suites if i get to London. 15 min to Piccadilly line. It's a great hotel, situated in a commercial area [shopping mall]. Our room was very spacious [we had a double deluxe] with everthing perfectly in order: newly furnished, great tv, great view, great bathroom, fully utilated kitchen area and extremly clean! Stuff is frendly, there are free events in some nights and the breakfast is plentfull and high qualitative. It is situated in Zone 3 but very close to the "Tube" and in 20 min you're in central London. Awesome value for money relative to other hotels in Zone 1-3 in London. Very clean hotel, excellent service, very well appointed rooms, full kitchen, free breakfast, free laundry, Stratford station is 200 metres away and is on the all-important central and jubilee lines for tourists, shopping heaven Westfield is downstairs, could go on and on. You can't beat this hotel for value in London. Location is good with Great views of Olympic park and various Rail services. Connectivity to Public Transport Inside shopping mall so ample options to shop, eat and entertain you. As these are apartments so a quite experiencing with minimum inference of nearby guests or hotel staff. All good except I cannot access to the Gym when I tried. I didn't ask staff as it's not manadatory for me. We were asked for a 200GBP deposit at check in [without being informed at booking] and even if everythig was in order at check out, after 1 week, the deposit is still blocked on our credit card !. In Room menu can be bigger and some Hot food options to be added to 24 Hrs menu as there is nothing available nearby after 11PM. The only one minor piece of feedback would be that it would be useful to have the car park included or discounted for guests, though this is very minor and the price is still better than it would be in Central London. I had to wait for sending me an invoice over 2 weeks; cleaning staff does not always get through to our room and not always cleaned reliably, even if the floor in the bathroom. Limited access to the hotel entrance and so having to move luggage a long distance to get to the taxi. Nothing. Hot food breakfast variety - I don't eat pork/ham. 90% of time it was scrambled eggs and hashbrowns. Nothing. Foam pillows, no where to hang bath towels but that's being very picky. No bacon with the breakfast!. I expected a spacios apartment but it was the size of an average double room. Misleading pictures. WiFi not good enough. Breakfast was 1 star and wifi was too slow you had pay to 29£ for one week for 8mb/s. Too cold at night. Breakfast was very poor. a number of small things that needed fixed in the room; light bulb out, loose coat peg, clock not working, soap pump not working. Breakfast. The fridge in the room was very loud - I had to turn it off to get to sleep. The price was a bit high for what it was. It's not really a suite, it's a normal hotel room with a tiny kitchen tacked on. There were none of the usual hotel extras - like bottled water. A shame because the staff were so helpful. A bit far from the city. They lie about delux suite! They are simple standard rooms!.

Please note light cleaning of your suite will be conducted on Monday- Fridays. For long stay guests, full cleaning of your suite will be serviced on the 7th day of your stay. Parking is available at Westfield Shopping Centre. The property advise all guests to park their car in CAR PARK B as this is situated near the hotel when you exit from the car park. Payment is controlled by Westfield and you will be given a token for the length of your stay and pay accordingly. The rate is GBP 6.50 for 24 hours (Monday to Friday) and GBP 9.50 per 24 hours at the weekend. Please note that all rooms can only accommodate 2 people. Please note all guests who have booked a prepaid reservations must check in with the same credit card that was provided to make the booking. This credit card will be pre-authorized for any extras on time of check-in. Requests for weekend cleaning or additional servicing must be requested to the Guest Services Team 24 hours in advance. No pets allowed, except for guide dogs.
