The location; the room was lovely and warm and cosy during a very cold weekend in London; the staff were very friendly; it was exceptionally clean; there were nice touches like fresh flowers in the room and bottled water in the mini-bar. great location, friendly, helpful staff, easy checkin, great looking hotel. Because we were on the top floor, the water pressure for the bath and shower was very, very low. I would say the room was cosy, others may say it was small. The lift only went as far as the 3rd floor so you had to go up stairs to the 4th floor.Shower was awkward and cramped. The fire alarm that went off one night at 2:30 am wasn't appreciated. No WiFi in the rooms as mentioned there would be. It was available in lobby though. There was a computer to use free of charge as well in the lobby.The bathroom only had a shower and the bathroom was a little small. For some reason the room was very hot - I'm sure not all rooms will be like this but mine was. Room came with a fan and the window could open so it was Ok.It was very warm in the room, although fans were provided. Rather small rooms. The lift did not fill one with confidence. No record of booking had come through to hotel apparently, but issueresolved quickly and smoothly. the rooms were very, very small, and the air conditioning wasn't working. Air conditioning did not work. There is no internet connections in the room and the wired connection isnot working thus the hotel staff said it was okay but not. hot rooms and shower in bath was not working good as well as freidge was not cold. the room is too small, but there are too many furniture.... TV had just basic channels, no pay per view. Room was a bit too warm and the temperature was not adjustable. The fridge/minibar was not stocked or working.tiny rooms. The other guests were noisy and the TV had very few channels (many of the functions on the remote did not work) also the airconditioning did not work. Building work commenced at 7 am on my last morning. Room appeared clean and well presented but I sustained numerous bites to body and legs, assumed to be bed bugs.room was very lıttle lıke a box also (bath) ıs very lıttle ıt was very dıffıcult to take a shower. very, very small and warm room. The room was very small and a little dark, not somewhere to sit and relax at all. The hot water didi not work and I found empty drinks bottels under the bed. No hotel bar/restaurant. I was on the third floor which was hot and stuffy. AC has been installed but not activated. The room sold was a delux room, but to be honest it was small and barely enough room to swing a cat!. The room was tiny, dirty and damp. Not very well explained on the website... until you read peoples comments. No air conditioning!! and windows did not open!! There were 2 floor standing fans, but both were quite poor and did not help with the heat in the room.Basic but comfortable.Breakfast not great. The staff are not helpfull I want to confirm my flight but they onlygive a number to call by my self. And I need to use the Land line tocall from my room and they did not till me how much it will cast me. Isurprise whin I checked out about the how much they charge me.We've been without hot water for 2 days and it seems some other guests had similar problems when we still had it..Absurd price for breakfast, use Raffles down the street instead. No air conditioning in very hot 'Executive' basement room, so slept with fan on all night! Windows were sealed shut.The hotel was rated as 4 stars. The lift wasn't working. The temperature control did not work and it was too hot in the room to sleep. You could not reach the desk unless you crawled over the bed. No hot water in the rooms and it wasn't possible to swith of the heating. Room was very small, although comfortable. The airconditioning did not work and as such teh room was extremely hot, all that was provided was a fan which wasn't useful. The hotel lift was a scarey experience. put in the basement! with a window that wouldnt close and workers that started making alot of noise from 7:30 in the morning!.
