The service from each and every member of staff I spoken with was impeccable along with a real friendliness and happy attitude. I was very lucky to be upgraded to a superior room and the standard was excellent, with the bed being amazingly comfortable. I had everything I needed and whatever I didn't have - the hotel helped me with. The spa was luxurious and the treatment I received was fantastic.

Such a fantastic experience which I could of stayed another night but couldnt really afford another night :( would stay again but too far from anything like the good pubs in Covent garden etc. very lovely food :) best hotel ive ever stayed in!. Staff: Once me and my girlfriend were ready we didn't know how to get to certain places such as the London Eye (as were from the south) they quickly ordered a cab for us which was very kind of them. Having a valet was also very helpful and easy, Always have a smile aswell. The rooms and bathrooms are amazing, beautiful styling and very comfortable rooms and bed. The spa is beautiful and very well laid out. The staff where the most helpful I have experienced. Even tho I made a mistake when booking they honoured the price and upgraded me. Frontdesk team very helpfull, specially Corina. I was on a business trip therefore the location was perfect and at a short walk distance from the conference venue. The train station (Clampton Junction) is close, and in 10/15 minutes you can reach Waterloo station. Read some reviews before staying for a quick get away.. Ignore the bad ones!!! This Hotel is LUSH..... Lovely room over looking river and helipad (couldn't hear them which was nice). delightful. Staff helpful. Clean. Also no phone signal which if your working could be a problem. For us it was nice not to have one and be away!. no free wi-fi...thats really a no-no for this kind of hotel. It charges parking fee to customers. Nothing - all good. However, not an ideal location if you want to explore London's main attractions (I didn't, so it was fine). Nothing significant. Location signing on approach roads. Location on the industrial estate would put people off. Breakfast restaurant seating not of the standard for this hotel. The stay was good but did notice the room was little small and also it said room by city view but thats no true I could not see the city anyways. Would off liked to have been able to open a window. None. was very warm in all the communal areas especially the coriddors. The spa was very busy. Having to go home!. Nothing it was perfect!!!. Nothing!. While the majority of the staff were friendly, I did find some members of staff rude and abrupt. Also one of the lights in my room was being held together by plasters!. Nothing at all perfect. Being charged for a drink I did not have on the last night of my stay. I rang the hotel when I got home , not to ask for a refund but to let them know that something wrong. I should have had my specs with me. Room service kind of pricey, Wifi costs £25 a day to use, parking costs £25 a day, was isolated from shops and quite difficult to find even when put into a TomTom. spa water was a bit cold, no one on the recpetion could help. Could be allowed to get changed in spa facilities rather than room (minor issue). Breakfast area a little limited when busy. I think the parking cost and room service prices were a little expensive. Nothing. Nothing. The prices of the things in the mini bars etc. Too many buttons in the room to operate everything but no instructions so I couldn't switch on the tv in the bathroom. I do not like being patronised by young staff telling me that the kitchen instructions are to serve milk that has been boiled with a pot of tea at breakfast. I spoke of this at the time. Also the breakfast buffet was not thought out: Tongs for the guests to pick up eggs was thoughtless, bacon was cold and the serving dishes were not heated. It would have been useful to be shown how the lights worked and a fgew other of the room gadgets, we worked them out by the time we left. Our plan was to travel by the underground for concertn at the O2 arena, however nearest station was a good 15 min walk away and travel involved two trains. Nothing, i was satisfy everything. nothing to dislike. Wifi didn't work in our room, two hundred pounds were taken from my account without my authorisation when we checked in and I had to ask to find out why. On Bookings.com there was no note that spa was only for 16 years and above. Caused miscommunication, and our child was not allowed to use any facilities which meant we were unable to go to the facilities together as someone had to babysit. were given the option of an upgrade..... but wasn't told it was a disabled room. had we known we wouldn't have taken it...didn't realise until we went into the bathroom... turned out my husband who is a sleepwalker went to toilet and pulled the (what he thought was a light pull) emergency alarm cord and we had staff bursting into the room in early hours...... surely they didn't need to do that as we hadn't booked in as wanting disabled facilities. Low breakfast tables (coffee table style), which made eating breakfast a little difficult especially for older people and I would think back breaking for the staff. We both got a food poision on the hotel restaurant and the manager of the hotel threated us very badly and without any interest in our wellbeing. Not satisfiyng at all. My card was declined and the receptionist tried it in another machine and it worked and then she notified me that the same machine needed to be used when debiting the card. This was extremely embarassing as there were people in the queue behind me, who i'm sure thought I couldn't pay for my stay. location.
