Nice room, very comfortable single bed (maybe a bit small, my mum fell when she was rolling over) and very quiet.
Good breakfast with self serving coffe/tea, juice, cereal and yogurt. I had scrable eggs on toast, but you can get a full Scottish breakfast.
Staff very friendly. I'd like to stay longer to interact with them.
Definitely I'll came again.

Eveything, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was superb and the rooms were beautiful, once we had figured out where the twon centre was it was an easy walk an we throughly enjoyed our stay and will deffiantely return. - Staff were excellent. We are a Spanish people living in Liverpool and we spent the weekend in this beautiful Guest House to visit Edinburgh. We went by car, so the free parking 24 hours was perfect for us( Its is situated right at the hotel), The most famous Edinburgh's points are in walking distance, no need for a car. The guest house is run by a very warm and inviting family. The breakfast is excellent, a good variety of cereals, hot food, fruit, yogurt and a seemingly endless supply of tea and toast! We were given great instructions on getting to the main part of the city and the room was comfortable and spacious with a spotless ensuite which was small but perfectly adequate for our needs. Having previously stayed in hostels when I have visited Edinburgh, this made a welcome change and I'm sure we will stay

We were extremely surprised by the quality of the hotel considering we paid 119 for a double room. Staff were of 5* quality, attached bar is fantastic with good beer, good food and live sport on big screens. Bedrooms are great. Would not hesitate to return. Plentiful parking for free at weekend and a 15min walk to centre. -
