Friendly and obliging host who clearly runs a welcoming guesthouse. friendly and helpful staff. Good location for visiting Edinburgh. Very welcoming and nice staff. Very friendly owner. Very friendly staff. Temperature in the hotel was too low, we were freezing there all the time even when the heating was on.Very small. Only two rooms have private bathrooms. Central heating was turned off during the day.
