Our accommodation was actually a townhouse over 3 storeys just yards offthe royal mile. It was fantastic-clean and well equipped and would nothesitate to recommend it. The location is good (ten minutes walking to the station and Princes Street), the room is spacious and clean, the reception open 24/7. Free WiFi is available in public areas and a simple but nice breakfast is included in the room rate. The central heating has worked just one day, but an eletric heater was in the cabinet so it was fine anyway. -

The staff is friendly, it's within easy walking distance of the tourist area and Waverly station, and the breakfast is outstanding!
