The staff at Artto were very helpful and friendly. The location of this hotel is excellent. It is across the street from the central train station and not far from the Queens Street station. I would recommend it to others. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. The rates were very fair for the area. -

... what people say » to the train station, and walking distance from the airport shuttle bus stop. The room was spacious with a nice bathroom, and it was quiet enough to get a good sleep, even with a busy bar area on the ground floor.
It is obviously being redecorated as I could smell fresh paint.

my reservation was changed to the Jurys Inn due to a problem at the Quality Hotel They paid the additional money which was great - rather than leaving us stranded. - convenient for hospital appointment and shops. staff were very nice, nothing was a bother to them especially the handy man

Reception staff were very welcoming, thrilled at Hotel having a minibus service to the concert we were attending, room was very comfortable and clean, slept very well and I don't usually on a first night. The beds were super king size, this was fantastic. The whole hotel was spotless, and the location was fantastic as we had tickets for the SECC. Breakfast was lovely too. - Hotel was in excellent position for SECC. The breakfast was very filling with lots of choice and dining room was light bright and airy. Would definately return.
