  The staff were very polite and willing to help. The cleanliness in the room was fantastic. Generally, a very pleasent experience and one of the best hotels I have stayed in. - Was put in a room on 4th floor but smealt of someone smoking advisedreception and moved straight away. Good Customer care

  I had a single room that was a good size, clean and comfortable. With free WiFi and room enough to spread work out the room doubled up as a rather useful office too. I'll certainly be using the hotel again and have already recommended it to a couple of associates. Staff were helpful in directing to me the hotel when I got lost. Now that I know where it is, it is very conveniently located for my work. The room was very comfortable and it was so peaceful I had an excellent night's sleep. The breakfast was also excellent. Will definately stay there again.

  I didn't actually stay in the hotel because we wanted to stay on Valentine's Night and we got 2 single beds instead of a double. The hotel had other people who had the same problem and I think it was due to the online booking agent rather then the hotel. There were no double rooms so we had to book another hotel. They handled the situation very quickly and were able to make a new booking at the price we had originally booked. The rooms were very clean and we had an excellent view over Birmingham. Lovely spacious twin room, really cosy beds, excellent powerful shower, lovely massive towels...everything was spotless!
