The location is excellent. Close to loads of resturants and theatre land. Tranport just a short walk away. From our arrival to departure the staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. All staff in all departments excellent. - Comfort

The room(102)was lovely.modern.fridge,microwave,tea/coffee making facilities,beautifully decorated and comfortable,modern bathroom with large shower.Staff friendly and helpful,luggage storage..Some people seemed to have less good rooms,especially we heard people complaining of standard of basement rooms,we were on room only but they gave breakfast box complementary.Our luggage was brought to room without our having to ask.

The reviews mentioned problems with waiting times for breakfasts this seems to have been sorted out and a good continental style breakfast was available in the very comfortable bar area

The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. My favorite feature were the beautiful gardens on-site and the hotels location next to St. George's gardens and church, Pimlico station and the short and nice walk to Victoria station (when the Victoria line was down for repairs)
