all reviews » The apartment was very spacious and well decorated. The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. My favorite feature were the beautiful gardens on-site and the hotels location next to St. George's gardens and church, Pimlico station and the short and nice walk to Victoria station (when the Victoria line was down for repairs). the staff was extremely polite and always helpful and friendly. the room (suite) is actually consisting of two rooms and a kitchenette (very spacy). very clean rooms with new furnitures and the best of all - situated very close to the heart of London (24 hour operating bus line to the centre and victoria station). hotel has small shops inside and nearby two supermarkets. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is located in a very nice part of London, and easily accessible by the underground. The Dolphin House is a new building, everything is new in the rooms. The Dolphin Bar & Grill offers an informal atmosphere overlooking the pool. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, from 07:00 until 23:00.

Dolphin House has its very own Laurent Perrier Champagne Bar and Club Lounge, open every day from 17:00 until 01:00. It has a wide selection of champagne, cocktails and other beverages, all served in an intimate environment.

Important information to guests

At check-in, you must sign a separate agreement with Dolphin House. If your stay is for more than 13 nights, you will need to pay a refundable deposit. For a reservation of 10 nights or more, different cancellation policies apply, and cancellation will need to be 10 days prior to arrival. Children can use the swimming pool during set periods.These hours are from 10:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday. There are no restrictions for children to swim at the weekend / bank holidays. A washing machine and electric hob/oven for apartments are available on request, subject to availability only. Please note for rates including dinner: 2 courses and a drink (wine, beer or a soft drink) are allocated per person. When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

By Public Transport:
The nearest Underground station to Dolphin House is Pimlico, which is on the Victoria Line and is a 5 minute walk from Dolphin House. At Pimlico Station, take the Bessborough Street South exit and walk down the road on your right. Take a left turn into St Georges Square after the church, and then take the first right into Chichester Street and Dolphin House is on the left.

There are a number of bus routes leading to Pimlico, including 24, 36 and C10.
