The location is excellent. Close to loads of resturants and theatre land. Tranport just a short walk away. From our arrival to departure the staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. All staff in all departments excellent. Comfort. The hotel's fixtures and furniture have a early 20th century feel but are all in tip top condition. friendly staff and very comfy room.

The bathrooms are a bit dated.
