    When I read the reviews on here, I thought this place is too good to be true but it wasn't! I had a beautifully decorated room that was really comfortable and clean, almost forensically clean! The sheets weren't just fresh, they smelled fresh! Amazing b & b in Ayr. The nicest couple! Clean, gorgeous place. Breakfast was phenomenal. Choice of cereals, juices, cheeses, freshly cut fruits, yoghurt, cereal or granola bars, bacon, sausage, eggs anyway you wanted them, toast, croissants, homemade jams, traditional Scottish Breakfast if desired, pot of tea or pot of coffee.     Everything was 1st class. Spotlessly clean guest house, friendly owner and staff, lovely comfortable bedroom with very large separate bathroom. The choice of breakfast is amazing for a small establishment and the food was lovely - all freshly made. Excellent location - minutes from beach or - The room is bright and clean. Although we had an external bathroom, there were no complaints at all because the bathroom was really huge. Quite a selection of complementry drinks in the room. Free bottle of mineral water which is uncommon for bed and breakfast. The guest house is very homely and tastefully decorated. The much ravelled about eggs benedict is really awesome, a good selection of cerals and fruits too. No complains at all. Beautiful beach walking distance away.

    Very high standard of decor and cleanliness. Very friendly and helpful owners. Convenient location. Excellent breakfast, beautifully cooked and presented. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Would stay again if passing through Ayr.

    The Hotel is excellent,service great great for the airport,however i wouldnt recommend Ayr to anybody,its a really shabby town im sorry ro say with very few attractions, no matter what the guide book says.Thats the only problem the location. - Everything was excellent.     The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. There were tea and coffee making facilities and an ensuite showerroom. This was small, but perfectly adequate. William the owner, was very helpful and loaned me an iron and board due to my wedding outfit being creased on the journey. Great value for money! - Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.We received a warm, friendly welcome. Miller House is close to train station, shops and a short walk to beach. I liked the free WiFi which worked well, and dvds which were provided. I left v early and did not have breakfast, but i will return and try it next time.

    We were placed in Room 5 - what an fantastic room - thankyou, just a simple point but it displays the friendliness of your reception personnel. My wife and myself went to breakfast. We then met some friends who were residents in the hotel who had missed breakfast. The gentleman on reception arranged tea and toast for which there was no charge. This... what people say » was greatly appreciated on a very wet and windy morning - If you like 'country house' style hotels, yet want to be right on the coast and almost in the centre of a reasonably sized town, this is the place for you. Pleasant staff, good food, comfortable hotel with a great deal of charm - altogether great value for money!

    Prestwick is a lively town - unexpectedly. Plenty of things going on, plenty of choices for eating. This property was just what we needed, central to all the outlying places we wanted to visit without being in a city centre. Room was great, although we had a front room with a beaming streetlight just outside the window but we got over it pretty... what people say » quickly. Being able to park on the property was a BIG plus, very secure. Breakie was great too. - David and Linda were excellent hosts and made sure everything we needed was provided. The room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was buffet style with a cooked breakfast also on offer and would suit everybody. The Fernbank could not be better located,on the main street at the centre of everything.

    Myself and my partner booked this just for a night away, the guest house is close to the train station, next to the beach and within walking distance to the town centre. The guest house was lovely, we were in room one right at the top of the stairs and it was so nice with it's on-suite and large bed. The breakfast was perfect and so much of it. Th... what people say » is is a well maintained modern guest house which was spotless and the owners certainly have high standard which is seen all around the place, I would - This place was fantastic and I will be recommending it to everyone I know. This cute b&b by the sea was very clean, the staff was extremely helpful, nice and welcoming, and the location was perfect to be able to walk to the train station and the sea. Breakfast was incredible. Waking up to the smell of a perfectly cooked Scottish breakfast was amazing.     This BandB is very modern, extremely clean and well run and the breakfasts are unbeatable! Excellent value for money for what is royal treatment in Ayr. I also liked the lounge which was accessible at all times and the selection of games and magazines on offer to guests. - The hotel was very neat and tidy and the toilets and the shower were excella... what people say » nt. But being disabled I had a problem entering the premises as there were no rails and it was the same in the toilet and shower areas but on the whole we managed all right

    The hostess was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room far exceeded our expectations for comfort and luxury. The breakfast was quite delicious. The House itself is beautiful, and perfectly located on a quiet street, close to all amenities.     Everything was perfect. Just like a home from home. The cleanliness and comfort of our room was superb. Even though we were at the front it was very quiet. The location was just right with no more than a 5 minute walk to the centre. I consider myself to be quite a fussy person but certainly have no complaints about our stay. - Everything.
