No 10 Guest House is a small, comfortable and freshly decorated guest house, close to Irvine town centre. It offers great value for money and is an ideal base for exploring the west coast of Scotland. The train station is a short 20-minute walk away and No 10 is situated on the local bus route with links to Kilmarnock, Ayr, Glasgow and Largs. There are many eating places and bars within walking distance and the beautiful Irvine Harbourside area is only a 3 minute drive by car. The Magnum Leisure Centre and several popular restaurants can be found next to the beach park and great undercover shopping is available at the nearby Rivergate Shopping Mall.

Please note that the property is non-smoking. However, there is an enclosed area available at the back of the building for those wishing to smoke. Also, prices do not include breakfast and is a room rate only. Breakfast can be supplied at one of our sister hotels for an additional charge for a continental buffet and fully cooked breakfast.

The hotel is accessible 24 hours. Each room has its own key and there is also a key for the main building supplied. Check-in after 12:00. Check-out before 10:00. Luggage can be stored if required. Please note that after check-in the remainder of the booking is charged and non-refundable. After the stated check-in time of 15:00, No 10 Guest House operates a self check-in system only. An email will be sent to you by the hotel explaining how you can gain access to the main building and to retrieve your room key(s). If at any point you should incur an issue with the procedure there are contact numbers available on the hotel email that you can call for assistance.
