This BandB is very modern, extremely clean and well run and the breakfasts are unbeatable! Excellent value for money for what is royal treatment in Ayr. I also liked the lounge which was accessible at all times and the selection of games and magazines on offer to guests. The hotel was very neat and tidy and the toilets and the shower were excellant. But being disabled I had a problem entering the premises as there were no rails and it was the same in the toilet and shower areas but on the whole we managed all right.
