  The Swimming pool was nice, the staff was extremely friendly and any inconveniences were met with generous offers and gifts to apologize. The breakfast was amazing and not extremely expensive. (we were forced to move room and got some nice sweets and nuts and a bottle of nice wine in return).   The location was perfect! We went for a concert, literally a 5 minute walk to the arena, a 5 minute walk to the shopping centre and the Christmas market was down the road. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Parking was also perfect as it was cheap and right opposite the hotel. They helped me with printing business documents, getting wi-fi access and even lent me a sewing kit! They also gave me extra tea and coffee and advised me on getting a taxi. I was impressed by how they helped other customers - someone wanted a Blackberry charger and they went out of their way to find one. The staff were excellent - friendly and professional.

  Since 2003 I have travelled extensively and have therfore stayed in many hotels. The staff at the Best Western were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever met. The receptionist who checked me in on Sat morning was polite, helpful and very professional. It made my stay all the more enjoyable. For £50 I had a very comfortable bed in a room which was quiet, even though it was at the front of the hotel, a reasonable breakfast - and a very relaxing morning swim.   We stay here quite often as the hotel is always lovely and clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast excellent. Having use of the leisure facilities that are attached to the hotel is the main attraction for us though as we always come away feeling totally relaxed. - The leisure centre is excellent, the facilities some of the cleanes... what people say » t I have seen.
