  We were given choice of room/floor on arrival to suit our preferences.All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, informative andattentive. The room was perfect for our overnight needs. We had notprebooked meals in the restaurant but this was not a problem at all.   it was so close to the tube station and within walking distance to alot of sights, i also liked that there was cooking facilities in the room - Convienient, great kitchen facilities, very cleaver use of space (fold up bed!)

  17th July 2011 visited this Hotel for a birthday meal and what a brilliant choice we made. The staff were brilliant; they were attentive yet made you feel relaxed. Staff were very friendly and helpful checking in and out. Room was clean, warm, and well decorated with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of choice and it was well presented. Excellent value for money and I will definitely stay there again.

  Everything about the hotel was brilliant. The rooms were up to date and comfortable (a lot better than the pictures portrays them) and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The food and service from the bar/restaurant was excellent and was very reasonably priced. - Spacious, clean and modern room with the comfiest bed and duvet!!   friendly staff, nice basic room, all that was really needed having just attended a football match at wembley..good that check in open early as was able to drop off bags before the match etc.. - I thought the bathroom was brilliant - great idea to make it a sealed unit so you don't get damp problems. Also thought the 24 food was great.
