friendly staff, nice basic room, all that was really needed having just attended a football match at wembley..good that check in open early as was able to drop off bags before the match etc.. I thought the bathroom was brilliant - great idea to make it a sealed unit so you don't get damp problems. Also thought the 24 food was great.Quiet; efficient and friendly staff; clean and comfortable room with all facilities;.

Location to Wembley Stadium. We thought the breakfast facilities were very good. Some hotels attempt the "full english" and fail, whereas we felt that the food available for breakfast was just right. Also, the position of the hotel was excellent for our needs being next to Wembley and the rail network into London. We also thought that the shower pod was excellent.Good location. A good selection of food for breakfast, nice bread and coffee, and a pleasant mezzanine breakfast room to eat it in. Nice shower. It was the perfect location, as we had tickets for the Neil Diamond show at the Arena. The short walk to that venue couldn't have been easier. We could even see it from our hotel window.The size of hte room and the bathroom facilities. The breakfast was also of good quality. The location was perfect for Wembley Arena and the hotel was basic but clean. when i got there the room was cheaper than i paid when i booked online. that we could bring our dog. area..Going to the concert!!. The food was nice. Location. bar seating was a little uncomfortable (only one sofa and 2 soft chairs near the bar), the rest were hard wooden chairs...but that aside, was excellent..Distance to the underground station. As it was raining when we arrived. The Hotel could do with having a short cut from the Car Park.Bed was rather hard and pillows too thin. The corridor smelt of cigarette smoke, but room was OK inside. I went to the restaurant at 20.50 for dinner and was told they were not accepting any orders for at least 20 minutes. They eventually took my order at 21.35. I find this unacceptable. On arrival there was only one staff member at the front desk. This person was engaged in clarifying a difficult situation with another guest. At least 3 other staff were aware that we were waiting, however it was about 15 minutes before we were attended to by another staff member. Bar snack service very limited choice. sink was leaking in the bathroom. we did have some food from the bar which was poor. our expectations were not high but the soup was barely warm and the salad wasn't fresh (dry).The parking outside the hotel is very small but you have to book in to get your parking voucher the hotel staff were very slow in booking because of a lack of staff as while wating to book in my vehchile wos given a £60 fine when i conplained to staff there only reaction wos it always happens this made this a very exspencive weekend and i would not recomend this hotel at all. Could of had biscuits in hotel room to go with kettle and more plugs. Facilities were good, service was poor. Poor bar area, lunch was very uninspired. Lack of staff!! We wanted to get a drink at the bar and waited 15 mins - no one was there serving - so we decided to go somewhere else!. dining room lay out for breakfast. far too hot in hotel, hotel staff very frienly but unable to speak good english and in particular unable to give directions to gt to hotel. The shower water leaked into the bedroom. the very very hard bed. Staff, cleaniness and faclities.
