  The position of the hotel on The Strand was brilliant for sight-seeing. Even though our room was at the front the shutter system meant we had virtually no noise or light at night, so we had a good nights sleep. The hotel was very clean and although we didn't eat there the facilities looked very good. - I love the quality of the strand as soon as yo... what people say » u walk in though its only3 star the service and sparkle of the hotel lifts your spirits. It isthe third time I hsve stayed at the hotel and the best snd coulntrecomend a better place two mins from covent gardern and a short whilefrom the theatres.

Felt really luxurious for the price, and much better than similarly priced competition that I have stayed in previously (Holiday Inn and co..)   Very good - hotel spotless. It must be noted that I am in agreement that the hotel rooms are very small. It may help to put in the room dimensions in. If you were a 'larger' than average build you may struggle. The Staff were fantastic, very polite and couldnt do enough for you - even opening up a bottle of my own wine to drink in my room. (Th... what people say » ere was no additional charge) I would stay again - The staff were very friendly and accomodating.My Mum and I went to London for a 3 day break, this hotel was convenient for getting to and from the station. The rooms were a bit small, but very clean. I would recommend a stay at this hotel and will certainly go back. Very good value for money!!
